Absolutely rubbish company to deal…

Absolutely rubbish company to deal with. Like many others I received a recall on the adapter for my neck and shoulder massager back in February. Several times when I contacted them I was told that they had run out of replacement adapters but as soon as they got them back in , then one would be sent.Several emails back and forth from someone called Fritz ( non existent person no doubt) Then last reply from him was that they had shut down their operations in the UK. I have reported them to Amazon who, via them, I bought it from. I emailed Invospa and said that I hoped Amazon Europe would boycott the company.

Replacement Adapter

Like others been waiting months for replacement adapter which has been recalled due to fire risk. Always told out of stock. Now seems UK business is now closed and no longer dealing with us.

So guess I will have to buy a new adapter. Tried Amazon no help either.

Absolutely disgusting company. Received a recall notice from Amazon back in January 2025 for the adapter, contacted the company, filled out the form said I would receive a new one in 60-90 day. 6mths later and still nothing! now find out they no longer have business relations in the UK so I’ve now had to recontact Amazon to get a full refund. Don't buy products from this company

Awful Service. Avoid this company.

I received a product safety recall notification for a back and neck massager product on 24 January 2025 from Amazon's Product Safety Team. I then sent emails directly to InvoSpa in Feb, Mar, Apr, Aug and confirmed my address many times. It is now October and i give up.

Dangerous Product, Appalling Customer Service. NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Product safety recall notification on 24 January 2025 from Amazon's Product Safety Team. Emailed InvoSpa as directed and was ignored. Contacted them through Facebook and for 6 months they kept telling me that the new adapters were out of stock and then, when I got the same answer again in July 2025 and pointed out that they had been telling me the same thing for 6 months, they blocked me. Obviously they were forced to issue the recall but I doubt they have replaced a single item - I see many other customer reviews from people who have had the same terrible experience with them.

Avoid at all costs

This company refused to provide a replacement adapter after their recall because I live in Spain. Amazon did nothing to help. They do not answer emails and refused to allow me to appeal their decision or complain about their appalling service The customer care service seems to lie in the hands of one person who seems to have no idea and refuses to acknowledge any correspondence, in my opinion he is as useless as the company Avoid like the plague!

I am having the same issues as everyone else… Amazon informed me of a recall and I emailed invospa. Had no response after a few emails, no response on Facebook messenger contact. Amazon can’t help but gave me a number to call for them but just rings until you reach voicemail. Left voicemails still no response. Absolute waste of time! Avoid!

Avoid, dangerous product

This company issued product recall notice for uk plug adapter due to fire risk. Several emails were sent to the company, as per recall notice, however, no reply received. So now I'm stuck with dangerous product that I can't use. Unacceptable level of customer service.

Awful customer service …

I purchased a neck massager for my wife back in May 2021 off of Amazon. in January 2025 we received a email from Amazon saying the power unit for it had a recall notice on it due to it being unsafe, it was not conforming to UK standards for safety. The information on the attachment from Amazon from the supplier said contact customer service with a picture of the offending item with the code number in question, it would then be replaced, however four weeks later they haven't responded to any of the emails I've sent to the supplied link, However UK compliant power units are on sale on Amazon for £9 at the moment. It is becoming clear that they have no intention of doing a FOC replacement as they won't even respond to correspondence, one might think they've raised this issue so you actually purchase one because you get fed up waiting for the FOC one, well this gentleman is definitely not going to do that. Since writing this review waiting for it to be approved I've actually gone on the trustpilot site and there is multiple reviews saying exactly the same thing, they are refusing to make contact with any customer that are complying with their request. disgraceful customer service.
