Safety recalls
I have the massager which is excellent and have used many times. However there is now a recall notice on the plug due to fire risk. They ask you to contact them for a free replacement but they are not answering any emails. Don't purchase.

Exploding Plug
My wife bought me the Blue neck massager and I have used it for my lower back on and off for a couple of years. On the 18th I was using it when the plug exploded and its top cover shot across the room. The plug was burned inside. Obviously it is a complicated thing designed to reduce UK 230/40 volts to 12. I emailed Invo Spa but they have not bothered to respond. This is dangerous and could have started a fire. I have a photo of the burned plug.
