Very bad experience of inwi agency in Av/Al Massira Rabat, I bought a sim card and paid 100 Durham and was not activated in 24 hours, I wanted to lodge complaint but they didn't allow me I demanded a refund but agent told me it impossible.Unfortunately I left the card and the money...
They don't care about customer and tries to cheat if you are a foreigner....

Inwi is the worst ISP company, they don't even care about customer experience, DO NOT deal with them.

IM GETTING 4mb the time this comment is being published. Decent internet is crucial for the nature of my job. Inwi is failing terribly in doing its job as ISP.

Worst wifi connection ever if u want to break ur phone and get a heart attack start with INWI

This company need to shut down,
I went to Morocco for 1 month holiday and I made a contract with inwi for 1 month I paid 250mad and then when I wanted to leave Morocco I ended my contract with them, but still they are sending me bills to pay, AVOID this scammers.

Paying 250 monthly only for a nearly non-functioning internet connection.

Switched recently from another service provider, I liked the mobile app MYINWI, It's always working and user friendly better than the other provider's, the 4g speed is acceptable, the working team were very professional and polite, the problem with the company is the weak coverage even sometimes in the big cities, hoping INWI solve this issue, P.S this review only about the mobile services, I Have never used their optical fiber connection or DSL.

WORST OPTIC FIBER EXPERIENCE EVER.
Ping between 120 and 200 at night. Can't play games, can't stream, can't watch football games. Don't trust what they say. It's all a scam.

I have the 200dh a month ADSL EXTRA offer

At first they commercialized it as 20Mb/s for 150dh a month for the first three months then it will go back to 200dh , i went to their store and they were like no, actually that offer is only for those who have IAM ADSL , you’ll have to pay the full price (200dh monthly) even though they never mentioned that in their ads, also when i asked about the internet speed they were like it’s up to 20Mbs , i asked for the average not the maximum, he responded "it’s up to 20Mbs" as if they taught him this couple words and not to say anything besides them, he refused to give me an average internet speed, and when i called the service they told me the same and told me to ask the guy in the store not them..
anyways i ordred the router, the technician showed up two days later, installed it and went without activating the internet, when i asked him he was like "yeah they will activate it tomorrow" one week and 100 calls to the customer service later and they never activated it, my 8 days warranty ended while waiting for them to activate it, everyday i call they tell me the exact same story, it will be activated soon just be patient, now the internet is on for three days but it never exceeds 3 Mb/s never, it averages about 1 Mb/s

I am on the 499DH plan. Couple days ago I was exploring Inwi’s app features and by mistake I clicked on suspend my line. My line got suspended and when I contacted the customer service via WhatsApp and tChat they told to wait between 48 to 72hrs. By bill is paid and I don’t have service. How ridiculous is this? I’m working remote and I use SMS for MFA, but I couldn’t anymore. I had to buy a new line with a different provider to do my work.
I don’t recommend this company to anyone especially for those who are planning to use the phone for work.

I cant even give less than 1 star, I would have given minus twenty starts if I could. Inwi is the extreme worst network provider. I had so far the a terrible experience with them. we agreed on 5mps FOR 200 dh a month. it never exceeded 1.5 in it its better conditions during the last few months. but now it never reaches 0.40 and I am having trouble even with sending texts in WhatsApp. this is the worst experience ever. please don't waste your with this awful Network provider. I am changing it as soon as possible....., i shouldn't have invested my time and money with them...
I DONT recommend it at all by any means..
