Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous. They were advised to me by a web developer and after years with LCN, I wished i'd never moved. LCN didn't auto renew, so, if domains that you didn't want came up for renewal, unless you specifically asked for them to go on auto renew, they didn't. I ended up confused when I received debt collection calls for hundreds of pounds, but they also locked the ones that I did want to renew. Consequently, I lost some really important one because of them. Not happy at all.

This was an excellent experience and the call handler went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. He showed patience and understanding and guided my through the process until I had completed the required actions. He helped me with my problem which 3 other call handlers previously did not take the time to advise or help me resolve my issue, so I did not need to call again. I cannot praise this young man enough!

Worst hosting experience ever!
This is the third time I've tried dealing with IONOS, and it's the final. After two failed attempts to set up a simple webmail and, finally, hosting, I'm going to have to declare this the worst IT experience I've ever encountered.
The user experience is VERY difficult for a disabled person, and the customer support is next to useless! In fact, I'll declare them useless, as the one advisor didn't even know how or where to upload files to host the site, even though proudly announcing that was his job! Requested callbacks never happen; it's very difficult to even get a site hosted when even the staff don't know what they're doing. I'm now trying to cancel my contract and lo and behold, AN ERROR OCCURRED on their site, which means I've now been stuck on hold with their cancellation people for 20 minutes!
Do yourselve a favour, go sonewhere else!

Works fine until you want to cancel
Works fine until you want to cancel a contract.
I've tried a total of 5 times to cancel a contract but keep getting a "We’re sorry, an error has occurred in our systems" error message. It shouldn't be this difficult to cancel!
I suppose it's like the old saying "you get what you pay for". Buy cheap, get cheap.
