Bought the hosting services with Ionos and could not move the website. Times wasting & Escalated to the team and no response for more than 2 months til now. Dissappointed!

Works fine until you want to cancel
Works fine until you want to cancel a contract.
I've tried a total of 5 times to cancel a contract but keep getting a "We’re sorry, an error has occurred in our systems" error message. It shouldn't be this difficult to cancel!
I suppose it's like the old saying "you get what you pay for". Buy cheap, get cheap.

I completely understand your frustration. If you have already coded and developed your own custom website, finding out that a platform doesn't support direct file uploads is incredibly annoying.
To clarify, MyWebsite Now is a template- and block-based website builder, which means it doesn't support direct file uploads (via FTP or file manager) for custom-built sites.
However, we can easily get your custom code online by moving you to one of our Web Hosting plans (Linux or Windows), which include full FTP/SFTP access for uploading your HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and database files directly.

Great customer service
I called up to cancel one of my subscriptions. The operator was very helpful and offered me a loyalty discount for a period to give me a chance to transfer everything to the new website before closing the old one. She was very helpful and courteous with me.

Great support and issue resolved
I was having issues with billing emails after cancelling my contract. I called a few times and was told it had been resolved but it hadn't. Today I did webchat with Tyla to sort the issue out and it was seamless. Tyla was so helpful, friendly and investigated the issue for me while on chat with them. They have now resolved the problem for me which is great.

My call was answered promptly initially with AI but that worked fine, and then by real person... Tyla was quick to understand, very polite, knowledgeable about what he could (and could not) access to help me, and as a result the call ended quickly and successfully.
Such a change from what we generally expect these days from big automated systems - giving you the runaround and driving you crazy with frustration over both idiotic system and hopelessly untrained employees
