Bad towards ex-employees

It's been sometime that I've left the company and have been asking for my tax certificate to file the tax. Still no reply and today is 30th July. Deadline is tomorrow and still nothing.

I had a truly excellent experience with IONOS customer service. I called on July 25, 2025, and spoke with a very polite and professional woman (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name). She took the time to understand my issue with a mistaken contract and helped me cancel it and set up the correct one without any stress.

What impressed me most was how patient, respectful and knowledgeable she was. In a world where customer support often feels rushed or robotic, she made me feel truly taken care of. Everything was explained clearly, and my problem was solved quickly.

Thank you IONOS – and a special thanks to that amazing lady on the support team! I would absolutely recommend IONOS to anyone looking for a reliable hosting provider with human-centered service.
