Jarren is very quick in answering my queries. However, it is quite disruptive that my Amex BIN range of 3400 99 can't work on ipaymy, hope they can resolve it soon.

Very good email support

Very good support on questions via email . Fairly good rates on promotion as per competition, and able to pay out one day before scheduled date , unlike other option which requires 3 days in advance payout vs scheduled dates

ipaymy discloses to all users that the fees are non-refundable. A fee is only incurred if your card is successfully authorized and charge. Influencing this policy, is ipaymy incurs fees for every transaction made on our platform for the associated network and security services of charging your card.

We acknowledge that users may have scheduled a payment in advance and may no longer need to make payment. In such cases, you can always cancel these prior to the charge date and you will not incur any fees.

We understand your concern regarding the timing of your recent transaction, with the payment made on 6 April 2024 and the payout scheduled for 11 April 2024.

The payout date will always be shown to users when they are scheduling a payment and also in the review and pay page. According to our standard processing time for domestic transfers, the standard processing time is two business days after the date when the card was charged. However, it's important to note that 10 April 2024 is a public holiday in Singapore.

As a result, the transaction was processed on 11 April 2024 which is as shown on your dashboard when you are scheduling a payment.

Please kindly note that your payout schedule for the transaction involved is also shown on your receipt once your card have been charged.

As a bill payment provider, we operate within a framework of strict rules and regulations set forth by major card schemes such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as our payment partners. Due to regulatory requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) protocols, payments of such nature or towards such organisations are not supported. Therefore, we are not able to process these type of payments.

The $1 charge that is added per…

The $1 charge that is added per transaction on top of fee makes ipaymy unviable when comparing against cardup or citypayall specifically for smaller transaction. Pls calculate the actual % fee and miles per dollar reward and you will understand. Hope this helps
