I will highly recommend her to assist anyone to explain and make you understand your personal financial needs.

I had Jack Stevens as my advisor lately who was really great in supporting me in understanding the purpose and possibilities of AVC. Jack understood my goals financially and personally, and helped identify how to best attain those through my finances not just short term but over a long term. I was doing my annual review and received my reminder in time so the contact and agreement was made and updated quickly. All documentation was completed and updated easily. I was given my information on the updated amount and notified this was being processed etc.

Michelle Farrelly was a fantastic help from the very start of showing my interest in commencing AVCs. Her emails were informative and efficient. The team meeting I had with Michelle was detailed and she could not have done enough to ensure I understood the AVC Plan I was signing up to thoroughly. Michelle agreed to email me everything discussed, which was an added bonus to have the notes and information discussed. We also agreed to link in again to ensure the plan is working for me. Michelle was amazing to deal with and I look forward to her helping me further in the future.

After the workplace demonstration I signed up for a consultation but was not contacted. I had to get contact details from a work colleague and contact James directly. When I did James was very helpful in organizing a meeting very quickly which was much a appreciated. There were a few errors in the projections (incorrect numbers of years of service and the fact that if you work past 65 you cannot continue to accrue years). Nevertheless, the information provided on AVCs was good and overall I was happy with the consultation

It was great to speak with our financial advisor , our meetings were scheduled around our availability and got great and practical advice regarding pensions , income protection and life insurance .
