5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The first battery I received was faulty I do not believe it was the company’s fault as the package had been tampered with. Scott straight away refunded the order and sent me another battery. The fix itself was tricky as I have never done this before but Scott sent everything I needed and the online instructions on YouTube were fantastic.
I personally would not attempt to change a battery on a valuable phone this was for a broken handset for my daughter iPhone 6. It was not worth me paying the £100 for a professional to do it. I managed it and have slightly damaged the screen (completely my fault) but Scott from iPhone fix has already suggested another fix I could do if needed.
I would strongly recommend getting the full tool kit unless you have the tools at home, and make sure you have a safe place for screws.
I recommend this company for all your iPhone needs and want to thank Scott for his patience and understanding for a complete novice like me. Great company, fantastic customer service and a real understanding of product. Thank you 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered a screen protector for my I watch, 2 arrived quickly. Unfortunately they were too small. I contacted customer services who answered me very quickly and gave me a full refund immediately including postage!

Abysmal customer service! Avoid!!

Awful! Communication is appalling. The phone number is not in use, they don't reply to emails or do many days later. The first battery sent never arrived. I had to wait a full two weeks after the order was made before they would send another one. This did arrive, but is faulty and won't charge. The batteries are also advertised in a misleading way. These are not apple batteries or OEM, but some other cheap knock off it seems.

Very disappointing, will not be using again, avoid!!

Customer Service ?? Not Really

Much the same experience as others. Ordered several items and one was faulty. Unable to contact by telephone as they only accept emails. I did get a reply to my third email saying they would replace the faulty item and send out in the post. Now 10 days later and the item has still not been received. Beware about them keeping their promises which does question whether I would ever use them again.

Beware IphoneFixUK

I am only giving one star as the option for zero is not there. Having ordered a replacement screen for an Iphone I encountered the following issues:
Advertising 24 hr customer support and not receiving any calls or replying to emails I have sent.
Charging for next day delivery and delivering 5 days later.
Missing out parts of the order and not sending them on when requested to do so by email.
Parts sent out faulty and needing replaced in a matter of days.
Having already had to pay for another tool kit from another site, after not receiving the one I paid for, I have now had to buy another screen replacement kit as the one provided went dead within a week.

Communication - Useless

Would have been a good experience if they had delivered the right battery. Tried to contact them by phone, but they do not take phone calls - you have to email them. No response to emails so I raised the issue via PayPal, they have not responded through PayPal's dispute centre so it looks like that I will be asking for a refund via PayPal.

Amazing service

I was so impressed with this company. I usually don’t have a preference when it comes to phone repair parts, but my recent purchase was delivered super quick and the customer service was amazing! I received email replies within minutes (outside of working hours) and answered all my questions.

I highly recommend this company and I definitely will be buying from here again.

Avoid! At All Costs!

Ordered a battery for my Oneplus 6 on early August and still haven't received it. Hermes tracking never proceeded past 'We're expecting it'. Seems as though they're just taking payments online and not actually delivering goods.

I'm disputing the payment with my bank.

If anyone wants more information about the company behind the website it's called PLP TRADING LIMITED and the company number is12489921 as per the VAT number on their website.

Absolutely useless company

Absolutely useless company. Ordered a watch battery on the 16th Aug. Received an order confirmation email soon after. Next day, received a ‘order processed’ email stating a two to three day delivery window. Having not received the item by the 23rd Aug, I sent an email asking for update. No reply. Sent another email on 25th. No reply. On the 26th, I sent an email to cancel order and take a refund. Got an answer to that email on Fri 27th, stating that they couldn’t understand why they didn’t receive my earlier emails (oh really!). However, as I lived not far from the company, they could drop a battery over to me. Emailed straight back that yes, that would be fine. The day went by and by 6 pm, nothing. Gathered evidence emailed Pay Pal, money refunded within 30 mins. They obviously know something about this company.

They are a scam, do not use!

I ordered a battery on the 9th with next day delivery, now it's the 17th, and nothing arrived. I'm also having issues getting through to their support team. I'm going to try to get a refund though my bank.

Edit:
The battery was sent on the 20th, after them claiming it was sent on the 10th. Also they claim that me making the order on 9th at 12:15 is after the cutoff time for sending this the same day, even though their website says orders made before 4pm will be shipped the same day.

I have asked them multiple times starting with the 14th to not send the battery any more as I am not in the UK and I will not be able to return it, but according to the Hermes logs they shipped it on the 20th, and it arrived through the letterbox on the 23rd. Where is the "next day delivery" I paid extra for? Now they are probably counting on the fact that I cannot return the item within the 14 days, which means I am stuck with it. Awful experience, avoid like the plague.

Ordered an iPhone X battery on 2 August 2021 today is 15 August still no battery and no confirmation of order yet they have taken my money. There website is very poorly but together if you try to login and register it redirects to another site. That other site is a company Word Press Template creation site that iphonefixuk.co.uk has bought...however have not configured the user logon part... very ameterish ! I have emailed and will be contacting companies house and trading standards if you don't reply.

I ordered parts for my daughters iPhone…

I ordered parts for my daughters iPhone 11 and after paying I get this nice email saying Order Received and your parts will be with you in 2 to 3 days. Well 10 days later, no parts and after 4 emails, no reply. Tried phoning them, and a message says we only reply to emails and constantly monitor them....rubbish. No customer service and no parts....got onto PayPal and lodged a complaint / dispute through them. Will have to wait 3 weeks to get my money back.
