I bought and installed a replacement battery for my iPhone SE (1st Gen) in January 2021.

After just 6 months the new battery has failed - my phone becomes unresponsive, and then dies, when the battery is apparently registering as 42% charged. The genuine Apple battery would only behave like this when it reached ~2%.

I've emailed iPhoneFixUK to complain but it hasn't responded.

Avoid this company. Rubbish products. Rubbish service. I wish I'd read the reviews on TrustPilot before purchasing.

Last year I bought a replacement battery for my iphone. It is now 14 months later from fitting and the battery, over a period of a month, suddenly and rapidly deteriorated to the point that the phone needs recharging 3 x per day. While 14 months is beyond the guarantee period, and while the original delivery and original performance of the battery was good, I would have expected to get more than 14 months life given the claims on the website. The battery is clearly very inferior to the original which lasted for well over 3 years before needing changing. I contacted iphonefixuk asking if this was what they would expect (note - I did not ask for a replacement or make a claim) but was simply told the guarantee was 12 months - end of story. So overall an average rating as a result.

Purchased a battery for my iPhone6S in July 2020. Over recent weeks it started to fail, not retaining a charge, placing the device into service mode. Noting their promise of a no quibble 12 month warranty on the battery I contacted the company by email. They responded within 24 hours and not only replaced the battery free of charge but sent accessories required to install the battery and retain the integrity of the casing, usually supplied at additional cost. Great service and they've retained my custom.

I cant get over the way this company has dealt with me after I ordered the wrong battery for my wife's phone. I then ordered the correct battery and sent the other one back. Without asking they refunded me the full amount and even paid for the postage. What a great service. Thank you so much.

Received a mail from hemes Monday morning saying they had received the goods
Paid for 1-2 day delivery but goods not received by Wednesday and no further movement on Hermes tracking site
E mailed vendor to ask if he could check on delivery and he instantly refunded postage even though this was not requested
Received message from Hermes on Thursday ( presume after intervention by vendor) saying goods had been “found” and goods were delivered on Friday
Excellent customer service from the vendor and would definitely use again if required

Bad quality parts for Oneplus 5 phone. Brand new battery has stopped charging after a week's use.

Don’t use, ordered 4 items still no sign of them, communication is non excitement with the only reply stating “they were sent via Royal Mail 1st class” that was five days ago, they are a complete disgrace

Ordered iPhone 8 battery on 1-2 day delivery. Still no sign and they don’t answer phone or email.

I ordered
a new screen and tools. The first delivery went MIA so a replacement was sent that arrived really quickly. I ordered the wrong screen, so the correct screen was sent along with stamped envelope so I could return my incorrect order. The communication from iPhoneFixUK was prompt and they were really helpful. I’ve used them before and they were helpful then, too, and I’d happily use them again and recommend them.

My old IPhone 6s Plus battery showed 79% health in settings. I ordered a new battery from iPhone fix and tackled the fitting myself. The battery is not an Apple product unsurprisingly but it is perfect. My phone now shows 100% health and while I’m a light user the battery still shows 80% after a days use. The old battery would have been less than 20% after a day. I was a bit nervous splitting my phone but if your careful and go really slowly it can be done. I used the sucker from an old dash cam to help lift the screen but it only comes up 0.5 of a mm at the home button so you need a thin pry tool to help ease it up the rest of the way. Don’t dig in too deep like me and bend the little lug the bottom screws go into, luckily I was able to bend it straight again. I was able to pull the glue out from behind the battery on two of the strips but the third one wouldn’t come and it was a bit of a struggle to get the old battery out but I managed it. Just be careful and don’t pry it out with a flat screwdriver like me, a flash and small blue flame scared the life out of me as I “bent” the old battery. Thankfully no harm was done and the phone has a new lease of life. I would recommend the battery but watch a few of the videos on YouTube first. Go for it.

Received my iPad mini 2 screen today. When I opened the item it was very poorly packed it wasn't carboard boxed it just had a layer foam and bubble wrap sleeve and also the screen was cracked due to poor packaging. I have sent an email today and tried ringing them on their number but the number does not exist. I am now waiting for a reply to my email and if not i will be informing Paypal for a refund.

BE CAREFUL!!! I do not recommend this seller, it says that it sells GENUINE batteries, I ordered 2 batteries but there is no apple logo and the batteries are 100% fake when I compare them to the batteries removed from the phones, one battery shows 98% health also the waterproof sticker perhaps are very old or cheap Chinese staff they not stick on the frame .
This batteries are cheap Chinese rubbish, to pay £16 for each, i never ever will use this seller. One star from me

First review. Don't be sceptical :] Impressed enough to register an account (I've been using someone elses for a while) Read reviews prior to ordering. Ordered an iphone 5 battery.The tracking didnt work for i think a day and a half? So i gave up. Good email info though, on the day of delivery. Ordered at night 16 Nov. Processed between 9-10 am the following morning 17th Nov. Recieved 19th Nov, 11am. Professionally packaged too. Impressed. Thankyou. Now i just hope it works :] Edit: Works Fine

I ordered a phone battery. I hope to receive an identical one like the one in the picture: SAMSUNG. Instead I received one that this word is missing.

Battery arrived, stripped the phone down, but could not attach the new battery to its socket... If it was faulty or I busted it... I dont know, but Liam sent me another one the next day, which slotted straight in....

I ordered the wrong battery for my iPhone. Liam contacted me in reply to my email. He has changed the order to the correct battery replacement without quibble

Excellent and speedy service.
I reported a faulty cable. The fault was acknowledged by return and it was replaced immediately. (arrived the following day). Excellent service and would use again.
