Initially, I had some concerns regarding the shipment service, followed by doubts about the Casio Oceanus T6000 model itself, as this was an important purchase.

However, the IPPO JAPAN WATCH team provided truly patient, attentive, and highly professional support. They were exceedingly polite and kind, addressing all my concerns at every step.

The watch arrived in flawless condition and perfectly meets my expectations.

The watch was shipped quickly. Delivery took five days. My only complaint is that the shipping cost was included in the invoice for the watch, and I paid customs duty and VAT for the delivery.
I was informed that I had to pay customs duty and VAT for the watch.
But I do not agree that customs duty should be paid for the delivery.
My recommendation is that in the future they should not include the delivery cost in the invoice for the watch.

The Seiko 110th anniversary GMT watch that I purchased from IPPO Japan Watch is beautiful. The white dial, bezel, and cathedral hands are fabulous. I wish to buy a Citizen Ecodrive One watch. Quite an investment for me! Everything went smoothly. I initially asked them to adjust the bracelet but they are honest and informed me that they cannot adjust the bracelet. I was asked to confirm my acceptance before they sent the watch.
