The watch is great , DELIVERY SUCKED
The watch is great ,the extra fees for associated with duties, not the duties themselves but fees, caught me off guard. They used DHL which sucked because DHL told me a delivery date that caused me to stay home all day as a signature was required. Then they didn’t deliver until the next day. I lost a day work, more than the watch was worth… AND… I could not remove the signature requirement as DHL told me IPPO required it. Except that the watch was nice, everything about the delivery and their waste of my time sucked.

Received the watch I bought in about one week from Japan. Impressive. It's the CASIO W-221H-8AJF and I'm very happy with it. It's nice, cheaply and elegant at the same time.

Ordered an unusual Casio model for my wife. Reasonable price. Very pleased. There were a few days of (?) sourcing delay but they kept me informed and it arrived promptly enough, nicely packed. Would recommend IPPO. If you're buying something to give as a birthday present, etc, I'd recommend ordering a couple of weeks ahead, just in case.

Overall satisfied
Delay on fulfillment was frustrating but due to issues at Grand Seiko. Once queried Ippo Watch fully explained the issue and delivered in the time frame consistent with their sourcing delay. Their website always listed the watch as in stock even after they told me there would be a month delay. The final delivery was great. Beautiful watch with all packaging and documentation. All in all I would buy directly from Ippo Watch again but probably contact them prior to ordering to confirm actual stock status and ship time.

I was a little worried about buying…
I was a little worried about buying from abroad however, it all went well and the watch arrived on time. There was no extra duties to pay in the UK. I couldn't buy this model in the UK otherwise I would have purchased here.

I ordered a few watches, and at the last second I decided to remove one of the watches after I had already ordered. I emailed and they promptly removed the watch, sent a refund, and shipped out the remainder of my order. Great service!

Excellent service and a flawless JDM timepiece
I recently purchased a high-end JDM watch (The Citizen) from IPPO Japan Watch. As these models are often made to order or not kept in massive stock, there was a waiting period of about a month before dispatch. However, the wait was absolutely worth it.
The communication was professional, and once shipped, the delivery via DHL was fast. The watch arrived expertly packaged and in flawless condition. I highly recommend IPPO for anyone looking to buy exclusive Japanese Domestic Market timepieces. A very trustworthy seller.

WORTH THE WAIT
Although I couldn't wait for the notification that my watch was back in stock, I took the chance checking. Luckily it was and I was able to order. I was impressed with the various watch brands to be shopped. Depending on what else may catch my eye, I will be ordering here for those JDM, hard to find watches. The $ was very reasonable.
