I’ve tried several food prep firms with varying success. But when I replaced my kitchen I tried iPrep and have been using them ever since (6 months now!)
Food tastes great and the menu is varied and interesting. And importantly the food is portioned well so you can keep whatever calorie balance you require without the carb free micro portions or boiled chicken and rice of their competitors.
Excellent service and meals always arrive on time and correct for a reasonable price.
Plus it helps the owner and people there are super nice too!

Beats all other meal prep companies out there
Used iprep for a while now after using multiple meal prep companies! By far the most accommodating, huge variety all taste delicious. Delivery options are even arranged for when I'm not home!

Amazing quality health food
The food is always amazing, packed with plenty of goodness and protein, great for anyone training, a great selection each week on the menu, great value for money with delivery added in.
