if I could give them 0 stars then that would be fit.
i have ripples in my account which I have never touched, then they start messaging me about verification (my account was already verified)
So now I send them all my documents verifying the account once more, I get email back that they have accepted the verification and everything is great..
so I try to login and what a surprise they blocked my account, giving me new emails that I still need to verify and that they would now close the account and take my balance from the account (yes they told me straight up they would steal my money.)
i have so many emails from their customer service that makes them look really bad I have never in my life witnessed anything like this fraud site in my entire life.
I'm looking to report this company and sue them so hard they will never dare to do this again to anyone.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEFS AND SCAM.

IQ options are the masters of delay tactics! i opened an account in 2020 i have been deposit steadily since then (usually btw $5 - $10) never made any profit so never had to request a withdrawal. until 6 months ago when i deposited $1000 and made about $9,000 profit and decided to make a withdrawal that was when the delay started. for over 6 months it been 1 excuse or the other and eventually they stopped responding. they only started responding when the litigators at Largo Lane LP wrote to them directly and this morning i received an email that all restrictions on my account has been removed but i am still waiting for my funds

I requested a withdrawal of ₹11,282 on 24-01-2026 (Account ID: 153747888).
IQ Option marked the withdrawal as sent and shared a receipt with a UTR.
However:
My Indian Bank officially confirmed the UTR is NOT FOUND
I also have audio confirmation from the bank
The receipt provided is not a valid Indian bank transfer proof
Support keeps replying with automated messages saying “specialists are working on it”
It has now been 11+ days with no resolution
I requested either:
A fresh bank transfer with a valid UTR, or
Re-sending the amount via USDT
So far, neither has been done.
I hope IQ Option resolves this quickly and provides verifiable bank proof or reprocesses the payment.

Withdrawal deliberately obstructed for years (not even profit, but my funds)
NOTE: Don't get fooled by positive reviews, they are paying it.
I’ve had an IQ Option account for 8–9 years. About a year after my deposit, I attempted to withdraw my funds. What followed was a long pattern of delays and shifting requirements that effectively blocked the withdrawal.
I was repeatedly asked to submit additional documents, then told to change the withdrawal method (including being instructed to convert funds to crypto), only for that to be rejected as well. After going back and forth multiple times with no resolution, I eventually gave up on recovering my money.
Recently, I received an email stating my account would be charged due to inactivity and that I could avoid the fee by withdrawing my funds. I took this as an opportunity to try again.
The same behavior repeated. My identity verification was rejected multiple times. First, IQ Option claimed they had not received my documents sent by email - which is not possible since I replied directly to their email asking for additional documents.
After resubmitting them via live chat, multiple times, I was told my passport selfie was “blurry” — despite the document being clearly legible when enlarged, with all personal details readable.
This is not a technical issue. It is a recurring pattern of obstruction that only appears when a customer attempts to withdraw funds.
My experience shows that depositing money is easy, but accessing it later is made deliberately impossible.
p.s. I will try one more time and update the review if I succeed. Till the STAY AWAY from IQ option.
Update 1 (4th February 2026): after my review on Trustpilot, they finally accepted the selfie with the passport and I submitted the new request for withdrawal. After 3 days, it was not rejected BUT it shows ERROR. So another way to prevent you from getting your money.
Update2 (7-2-2026): 3 more requests cancelled due to error. Meanwhile their support told me it was cancelled due to my unverified Skrill account - so I verified it, they confirmed I can withdraw. But the same things keeps happening. I am waiting to hear what's the next they will come up with.

Payout Changes When You Start Winning 😡
In my experience, IQ Option is not trustworthy. Whenever I started earning consistently, the payout was changed in ways that didn’t match the market or my trade terms. Trades that should have paid out fairly suddenly had lower payouts or adjusted conditions right when I was winning.
It honestly feels like the payout is being changed when you are earning to reduce your profits. Because of this, I’ve lost confidence in the fairness and transparency of the platform. Trading should be risky because of the market—not because the platform changes your payout when you do well. I would not recommend IQ Option to serious traders.
