For the last few days this platform is taking 2-3 days to complete the deposit process.my last deposit is pending for more than 2 days and there is no proper reply from the support team. They wiped out my winning trade with a glitch candle and deducted money from my account multiple times.
I was long Tesla $TSLA at sub $450 and then all of a sudden there's a glitch candle out of nowhere that takes the price down to 200 for a minute stopped me out then pegged back to sub $450. I have no idea how they manipulate the price action. I ask for help but the customer service is an AI and their telegram is full of scams.

I can’t verify my account because my license has a hologram and causes a glare. They refuse to help me verify my account via email. Completely stopped responding. Verification is not blocked because of a hologram. IDs from many countries have holograms, and they are accepted every day. The key point is taking the photo correctly, with good lighting, no flash glare, and making sure all details are clearly visible 📸✨ This is exactly why verification is done directly on the platform, where the system guides you on how to submit it properly.
Support has not stopped responding on purpose. All emails are handled by human agents and answered within the established timeframe. When there are delays, it’s usually due to high demand or repeated messages resetting the queue 📧
As for inactivity fees, these are clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions, which are available to all users before and during account use. Nothing is hidden or applied arbitrarily.
If you want this resolved, the correct step is to follow the verification instructions carefully on the platform or contact support by email at support@iqoption.com
and wait for their guidance. We don’t have access to accounts here.

I have deposited $100 and availed the bonus of $130. Condition is that I should wager $5200 in 7 days time. I just made a wager of $1800 with in that time but I made a total of $412. Suddenly my account showed $0. Upon asking you didn't fulfill the wagering requirement. My question is that you should withdraw only the bonus which you gave me. Why you had withdrawan my amount of $282. I have lost my $100+ my profit of $182. You have received your given bonus amount + my hard earned profit of $182 + my deposit amount of $100.
