Poor communication
Poor communication, no updates and eventually told no stock. Then updated that stock had come in so I asked for meds to be shipped for next day delivery as going on holiday. Nothing received, no more updates, we went on holiday and now this invitation to review them on arrived in my inbox. Dunno if meds have since arrived as we aren’t home to check. Will not use them again.

opened a dispute with Royal Mail after they stated it was NOT LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE” still declined replacement
Now going through a chargeback with my bank I’m out of pocket to £170 and no goods
IQ do not care about loyal customers I do not recommend
Also looking down the reviews I can see I am not the only customer that this has happened to

Very easy to use website and good prices
Very easy to use website, competitive prices and a refer a friend scheme. Can't be beaten. The delivery is superfast, well packaged with plenty cooling packs . Thanks guys .

Avoid avoid avoid! I contacted IQ doctor after my parcel was showing as delivered but was nowhere to find. They filed the complaint with Royal Mail to investigate where the parcel is. it’s going to take months for Royal Mail to investigate and IQ doctor is expecting me to wait for my prescribed medication to be resent to me until they have the results from the claim. The delivery picture shows delivery man holding the parcel in front of my closed door. No I’m left without my prescribed medication and without money over £200,avoid this company as they ignoring my emails now. this feedback has been left on behalf Geoff Swift.
