Cheaper than Amazon or competitors
Cheaper than Amazon or competitors, much faster delivery(came within a week, Amazon was estimating 4-12 weeks for double the price). Also came with screwdrivers for the laptop which was great. Battery running well now, good life, no issues. Highly recommend!

I'm truly sorry for the delay in delivery. The battery you purchased was out of stock in our local warehouse, so we had to transfer it from another warehouse.
Additionally, due to the special sensitivity of lithium batteries, customs inspection is very strict, which has slowed down the delivery time. Moreover, Amsterdam in the Netherlands is a major logistics hub in Europe, and the volume of goods passing through there is very large, which has also affected the customs inspection speed.

"Local warehouse" does not mean in Ireland
Good battery and used this service few times. Unfortunately last time I noticed that "local warehouse" does not mean that the battery is actually in Ireland (it was in France and I have no issue in buying anywhere in EU). The promise of "3/5 working days" resulted in a delivery in 7 working days with not a great communication about the delivery schedule. It seems a bit of lack of clarity that I would have appreciated.
Edit after reply: thank you for the reply, I understand the difficulties. I was only trying to highlight the issues for unclear delivery dates for some customers. As I said before, the product is perfect and it is not the first time I am using your service.

Excellent service, I realised I ordered the incorrect model but customer support ensured I received the correct one. Seems to be operating nominally given that it is a third party battery. Good battery, fair price, quick delivery
Delivery took two weeks to Denmark (less than I expected), the price was fair and the battery works great in my laptop. In the beginning I could track the packet, after a while (probably some transition) I couldn't, but Irelandbattery e-mailed me about it's status. I recommend the company.
