Took a very long to arrive, parcel was damaged and the straps were not in the packet.

Order not even dispatched after 16 days
Placed an order on 5th September and it's now 21st with no sign of the order. The checkout delivery option said 2-5 days.
I emailed them 13th September and after an initial AI response, a person replied on Sep 14th, they apologised, said there had been a huge backlog and it would be with me as soon as possible and that I would get an email notifying me of dispatch. It's now 21st and I still don't even have a dispatch email, 16 days after ordering.
Either this company is a scam, or incompetent/ over-committed but either way it's not good when dealing with medications that people need. I will be emailing for a refund and going through the hassle of another pharmacy which is very frustrating to do the whole consultation process and need to wait another week. But at least I know I'll get the goods at the end of it. If they don't refund I will be going via my bank.

8 days after the order it hadn’t arrived so sent a email and was told we have a backlog you ordered will be dispatched soon .
So I emailed them back and said do you mean you have no stock?
The answer was sorry we have no stock we have refunded your account money should be back in 3-5 days !
Not good enough!
Take my money straight away selling things you don’t even have then tell me I have to wait for my money ( disgusting)
I’ll never buy anything from them again.
