Two weeks later and still no dispatch
I ordered a single item over two weeks ago and the order is still showing as “processing” with no dispatch confirmation or tracking information.
I’ve been told there is an “unexpected backlog,” but there has been no meaningful update or evidence the item has actually been shipped. Communication has been polite, but the timelines provided have repeatedly slipped without any real transparency.
If an item is out of stock, customers should simply be told that upfront rather than being given vague delivery estimates.
At this stage I’m still waiting for delivery of one item after 14 days, which is not acceptable.

Outstanding experience with AYP from order to doorstep
Ordered my first Mounjaro pen on Sunday 26th April and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent.
I had a consultation on the 29th April with pharmacist Hajra Dhanchora, who was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. They asked me to verify my current medications via the NHS app, checked this was the right treatment for me, gave clear advice on when to take it, and set realistic expectations around side effects. I came in having already done a lot of research on medications, supplements and diet timing, and I felt they really engaged with that rather than giving generic advice.
After the consultation they reviewed everything and approved my order the same day. My pen arrived on Friday 1st May — just two days later — well packaged with an ice pack, exactly as it should be.
The whole process felt safe, professional and reassuring. The cost was also very competitive. Highly recommend AYP if you're considering Mounjaro.

Really easy to order, great video consultation, Hajra the Pharmacist was really easy to talk to and friendly. Great speedy delivery and no gimmick pricing! Hopefully such a great price will allow me to stay with Ayp for the remainder of my journey! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend.
