Good Prices, honest company and fast delivery
First time using this company but I'll definitely use them again. Prices were very competitive, they were efficient on the phone and their delivery was prompt - on top of that they said that I didn't need to pay for next day business delivery with my particular order and requirements when they could easily have said nothing, so they're honest too. Very good quality and top customer service
I bought handles and knobs for two wardrobes and the quality was excellent.
Customer service was also impressive (I bought the knobs but we're out of stock and was quickly informed of an early delivery as soon as they were back in stock a week later). I would definitely buy from the again

COULDN'T SUPPLY FITTING INSRUCTIONS dont know who i contacted as all i did was send email asking for instructions and got picture of retrictor and message saying that was all you could do to help . eventually sent instructions which helped but unfortunately didnt match product as friction is not adjustable like they say

The Avocet 90º Door Restrictor, designed for non-Euro groove fittings, is an easy-to-install device that limits door opening to 90 degrees and includes a hold-open feature. The restrictor is particularly useful for preventing doors from swinging too wide and damaging hinges or handles. It is suitable for various door types, including uPVC, aluminium, and timber doors.
Fitting Instructions (Non-Euro Groove):
1. Prepare the door and frame:
Identify the desired location for the restrictor on the top of the door and the corresponding area on the frame.
2. Attach the slider to the door:
The slider track (usually aluminium) is screwed to the top of the door, using the provided fixings or appropriate screws.
3. Attach the striker plate to the frame:
The universal striker plate is screwed to the door frame, aligning it with the slider.
4. Adjust the friction:
The restrictor has an adjustable friction brake that allows you to control the resistance against the door opening and prevent slamming. You can tighten or loosen the friction screw using an Allen key or screwdriver.
5. Test the restrictor:
Open and close the door to ensure the restrictor is working correctly, holding the door at 90 degrees and preventing it from slamming shut.

Excellent service and goods, but let down by your delivery partner.
The service and goods received from Ironmongery Plus Ltd were excellent.
I only gave 3 out of 5 because your delivery company failed to follow my instructions to leave the parcel in a safe location, and instead, left the delivery at the local post office. This necessitated a car journey in heavy traffic to collect it. Poor delivery service.
