If there was a “zero stars” option

If there was a “zero stars” option, I would have given them that! I ordered one pair that took ages to arrive, and they were great, so I ordered a second pair nearly 3 months ago, and nothing… so delivery, no response to my many emails, nothing. I’ll be putting in a chargeback with my bank tomorrow.

The company sucks

They said a time was delivered, nothing. Possible it was stolen so I ordered again, I never got an email about deliver. It’s two months later, no item, they won’t respond to my emails, but they happily took my money. Twice.

Do not trust this company

I purchased a pair of shorts over a month and a half ago. They've still not shipped, I've tried contacting the company multiple times and there's been no response. Pretty sure it's a scam company.

Order not fulfilled

Spent almost $150 and my order has not arrived after several months, despite chasing multiple times via email and the website chat function.

Kiss your money goodbye

Did not receive item that was purchased. Tried chat function, no one ever responds. Tried email, no response. No number is listed to call. It's been too long to dispute charges on credit card. Don't waste your money like me.

Took months and minimal success.

Ordered a pair of the shorts and didn't get any response for my order until I had to get PayPal involved. Sadly, once they arrived they didn't fit and even with PayPal facilitating the conversation, Irontide never followed up. They do the bare minimum and do not follow up. I don't care how good their product may be but if they cant fulfill a single item, for months, they should get their act together before advertising products.

Order 2 pair of shorts that were never delivered after months of waiting. Tried contacting them and they ghosted me. Luckily I ordered through PayPal and was able to get a refund. They didn't even respond to PayPal. They are a scam and they never had any intention of honouring my order.

Good product but terrible service

I place my order 24th August 2024. The shorts finally arrived 4th November 2024. I had to send a total of 5 emails because there was no action from Irontide. Promises of despatch were false. Emails were ignored.
My previous order was also very slow and I had to chase the supplier…
Just awful customer service. I will not be ordering from them again - no matter how good the products prove to be.

"Terrible Service and Checkout Experience – Avoid Irontide at All Costs

I purchased my first pair of Irontide shorts on 18/08/2024, and during the checkout process, I was offered the option to buy a second pair at a significant discount. However, this offer came with a manipulative time limit, clearly designed to pressure customers into making an immediate decision. Despite my efforts, each time I selected my size, it automatically switched to a small, making it impossible to claim the discount. This is absolutely disgraceful—such a shoddy checkout experience.

After completing my purchase, I reached out to customer service to express my frustration at not being able to take advantage of the discount for a second pair, which I intended to buy for my brother. I was told someone would "look into it" and get back to me. Yet here I am, on 13/10/2024, still waiting for my shorts, with no resolution in sight.

I've contacted Irontide multiple times and even left negative reviews across their social media channels, hoping for a response. But frankly, this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Based on the glowing reviews I had seen online, I had high expectations. Now, I’m left feeling utterly let down by such an appalling experience. The so-called "patented" pocket is hardly worth the trouble, and I’ve decided to purchase a simple silicone waterproof pouch that serves the same purpose—without the hassle of dealing with a company that clearly couldn't care less about its customers.

Save yourself both the money and the headache. Buy a waterproof pouch instead, and avoid this nightmare altogether.

Company cannot deliver their product

Purchased two pairs of shorts (order #5806) mid August and at the end of September I still have not received the order. Emails to support go unanswered for weeks at a time and the responses seem purposefully vague like “there was a production delay,” or “Your order should be ready by the end of August,” then “you order should ship around mid September,” but no concrete answers, tracking info, or actual dates. Was getting these as a sample to see if we wanted to use them as uniform shorts for our yacht crew (20+ crew), but if the company can’t deliver two pairs of black shorts within two months there’s no point in giving them any further business. No refund option has been offered either despite the delay so it seem like we were just scammed out of $130.

I ordered a two pairs of shorts and they haven’t been delivered it’s been a month and I’ve tried to contact them twice regarding the matter Order #5768 if any rep sees this I’d just like a refund at this point. Even to get a refund on their site the link they have to make a refund doesn’t work. So idk maybe a scam company but I heard about this company from an outdoors YouTuber

Unprofessional company

I received some shirts from irontide, they were too big despite the size recommendations posted on their site, I sent back the items 4 months ago for an exchange for one size smaller; I included the $20 exchange fee requested by their site and I paid for postage. I have not heard anything back from this company, the items have not been received; they took my $20 too.
