My first issue is transparency. The website resembles a scene from Band of Brothers, giving the impression of a rugged American-made product. However, the watches are actually made and shipped from China, and you have to look closely online to find that information.
Shipping is also very slow. Delivery takes approximately 3–4 weeks, so if you need a watch quickly, I would recommend purchasing one that ships from the United States.
My second issue is customer service. I received one of these watches as a gift, but it consistently ran slow and could not keep accurate time, even after replacing the batteries.
The preferred method of communication is email, and honestly, it often felt like I was communicating with an AI chat representative rather than an actual customer service agent.
It took nearly four weeks for customer service to finally agree to send a replacement watch, and only after I paid an additional $14.95 for shipping. That was two weeks ago, and according to the tracking information, I still have another 10 days before it arrives.
In closing, there are better options available. I would recommend checking out Timex or other reasonably priced watch brands before purchasing from this company.

Great product. Loved the watch instantly. Sits really well on my wrist. Numbers on face are bold without being intrusive at all. Love the strap also. Bill from New Zealand.

The postal service in UK lost my original watch, Ironway went out of their way to sort out the problem and got me a replacement sent as soon as possible, their customer service is second to none. Very happy with the quality of my Ironway watch. Thanks again.

Horrible experience. Spent $200 on a a watch with field kit and leather belt as a birthday gift for my fiancé. The watch kit was mostly okay, though definitely overpriced for how cheaply it was made. The “mystery gift” was a crappy plastic compass that doesn’t work. The belt however was a major issue. Advertised as being 125cm, it came in at 193cm- 18 inches longer than advertised. It wrapped twice around my fiancé’s waist. I emailed customer service to fix the issue and they told me there was nothing they could do. They told me to punch a new hole in it. Even when I sent pictures of the measurement they told me it wasn’t their problem. I expected them to at least offer to exchange it for one that was sized as advertised. I told them I was willing to send it back and they refused to even acknowledge how outrageous the size difference is. DO NOT BUY FROM IRONWAY they will scam you and send you products that are NOTHING like what you pay for. OVERPRICED JUNK.

There's not much I can say really, apart from a friendly and trustfull service and info to the status of the delivery at all times and that without extra costs. A big thankyou to all concerned, regards Peter Cole

It’s an excellent watch. I’ve got two G1097 military watches that I’m scarred of wearing. This ironway watch looks the part it’s east to wear lovely looking watch. I’m very happy thanks.

Great watch although I actually need one with a hardened plastic face as weid spatter sticks to glass so it soon gets scratched up

Great watch - Simple as that.
Great for people like me who work very hard in several gardening locations, often covered in mud and water, it doesn’t fail.
The date could be bigger - Or I need better glasses, otherwise perfect.

My first watch developed condensation under the crystal. Was never submerged or in a wet environment beyond South Florida's Humidity. Reached out to Customer Service with photos and Mike promptly responded. He offered up an immediate replacement and it arrived 3 weeks or so later. Performing flawlessly thus far. Excellent Customer Service and a great stand by your product example. Well done!

The watch is excellent with great wrist feel (slim enough) and easy to use re visibility.

Poor product - terrible customer service.
Ordered the watch - looked like what I wanted and took a chance. Order processed immediately but it took three weeks for the watch to arrive. You have to sign-up for a service to track your delivery with this company. Got it out of the box, set the time and noticed after the first day it was losing about 10-15 minutes a day. Reset the watch and the lost time continued. Contacted the company requesting the return procedure and a refund as they should not have shipped a watch that was either defective or had a bad battery and I am not paying for a new watch that I would have to pay someone to replace the battery. Company stated they would respond in 24 hours and I heard nothing for nine days. I sent another request and was told I needed to submit a video before they would even consider honoring their warranty. This company has poor QC and even worse customer service. I would suggest for this price point you save yourself the hassle and buy from somewhere else.

So I have to say I've had many watches that their manufacturers say is the best! For keeping time, water resistant, glass is scratch proof or scratch resistant. Not one passed the scratch test. I haul scrap cars for a living my watches do go through a lot my Ironway has not only passed but excelled,after all its been through smacking it off chains,cars, metal,brick it's not that I do it on purpose it's just the hazards of the job not a single mark on the watch anywhere the worst being my watchband gets dirty soap and water fixes that the only bad I could say if I used the second hand it's hard to see, but that might be me my eyes are 20/20 just had my eyes tested 2 months ago.
Oh ya I bought another one to see if it could go through the torture, guess what it passed. So now I have a day off watch and a work watch just making sure the first one wasn't a fluke

Your straightforward presentation of the products that I purchased (WATCHES) as well as the warranties was pinpoint accurate. The timepieces are actually better quality than I expected. I have recommended Ironway to just about everyone in my circle.

This company gives the impression that it's an all American company, when in fact it's a cheap watch coming from China.

Have just taken the back off, it's cheap crap, not a real quality watch. Good advertising though, like much tac coming from China.

The only reason I have giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of illumination of the watch face/ hands. Even though I have charged the watch face by putting it very close to a bright lamp for over an hour, the illlumination barely lasts the night.
Apart from that, I love the watch.
