The watch is exactly what I wanted and it has been worn almost continuously since purchased. Delivery was quick and it arrived securely.

All round very good. Ironway kept me well informed about where my order was. The product was exactly what was described. Very well made and excellent quality at a very reasonable price. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. Had compliments and questions on where I got it from already. It's my go to work watch now.perfect for outdoors thanks a lot boys 👍

With all the “veteran” marketing, I was a little disappointed learning upon its arrival that this is a Chinese manufactured watch, but it looks good, is lightweight and appears to be pretty solid. It should serve the purposes that I bought it for.

I have had the watch about 10 days as I type this…

A couple notes…the “day” setting is very temperamental and for the life of me I cannot get the day and date to stay synched. It might just be a learning curve but after a week of trying still can’t get it right and this issue is compounded now where the “day” function will only change if I wind the watch forward manually- taking/setting it forward 24 hours to move the day to where it needs to be.

Another issue that I have - and I should have noticed this before I bought it - is that with the blonde/white faced version, there is not much contrast with the white hands making it more difficult for me and my poor vision to see the time at a quick glance. This contrast issue is amplified because the face of the watch is the illuminated part, not the numbers and hands, so in the dark it’s nearly impossible to tell the time due to the lack of contrast. It might be different/better with different and darker colored faces and white numbers and hands.

Again, for the price, I can deal with the issues - though the day/date issue is silly.

Not sure if I’ll buy another but I’ll put this one through the rigorous work environment I bought it for and see how it holds up.

Great watch, looks great, keeps good time, very rugged. Will definitely purchase again, if it ever stops working which it doesn't seem like it will.

I received both watches timely and with all features as promised. The normal wrist watch works perfectly, very precise and with the design as excellent as advertised.
The smart watch works very well, too. Very easy to operate. The downloaded app was self explanatory. The watch design are great. The only thing I'm missing is, that it doesn't measure blood pressure. however, that was not promised, so I can't complain. Would have been nice to have. Other that that, a very watch, too. All together a great job! Greetings from Germany!

A beautifull watch, a simple and clear website and a very fast ordering process

I bought a couple of watches on a whim from Ironway which arrived very quickly, well presented and well packaged. I decided to return them not because there was anything wrong with them, they were just too similar to other watches I already owned upon reflection. Totally my fault and no reflection of the watches themselves.

Anyway, I started the returns process which was quick and easy but when the watches got to China they disappeared. Royal Mail did its part but upon reaching Chinese customs, vanished!

Throughout this process I was in touch with Mark, Ironway’s UK customer satisfaction manager who could not have been more helpful, responsive or accommodating.

SIX MONTHS LATER the watches randomly appeared back on my doorstep courtesy of Royal Mail.

I contacted Mark again, sending him a couple of pictures of the packaging and he issued an immediate refund despite not having seen the watches or having received them back.

When I asked him what would he like me to do with them he told me to keep them as a gesture of goodwill for the postage hassles I had experienced, even though that was in no way his fault.

That is outstanding customer service in my book and I have since been enjoying wearing the watches. They are robust, look good, are comfortable to wear and I recommend them thoroughly.

Fantastic. I have never experienced more prompt communications and sincere concern that I was happy with the process and products from any company like this one.

On receipt of the watch, I decided that it wasn't for me. I contacted Customer Service to arrange a return & refund and they responded with a 10% of the price to keep the weatch or a 50% voucher of next purchase. When I said I wanted to return for a refund, they suddenly lost their voice! Despite 3 emails following up, still nothing after 3 weeks. And this is in contravention of their 100% full refund if it is not suitable! Unless you are certain of the product, don't buy from these people!

Despite their response, offering abject apologies, they have still failed to contact me. This company really do not want to honour their stated commitment and must be treated with the utmost suspicion regarding their ability to trade fairly.

It's a vantaistac watch, hasn't lost a second!!! And I haven't taken it off from the day I received it. Thanks Ironway 👍

It’s a great watch. I bought it for when I’m working so far so good.

Beautiful watch. Really solid, like indestructible Feels great on my wrist. And customer service is great. I had a question and they got back to me right away. They're really proud of their product. A really groovy watch and nice people.

The shipping was the issue for me not the product. Watch is definitely what it states straight forward and tough! The strap I am loving the easy changes. I am thinking of making it a silicone or rubber strap for myself it’s what I prefer but the easy change straps make it a multiple for different looks which is great. I would do business again but plan on a longer delivery time for gifting purposes so 2 stars for shipping and 5 stars for the watch itself giving a score of 4 STARS. from me

My first issue is transparency. The website resembles a scene from Band of Brothers, giving the impression of a rugged American-made product. However, the watches are actually made and shipped from China, and you have to look closely online to find that information.
Shipping is also very slow. Delivery takes approximately 3–4 weeks, so if you need a watch quickly, I would recommend purchasing one that ships from the United States.
My second issue is customer service. I received one of these watches as a gift, but it consistently ran slow and could not keep accurate time, even after replacing the batteries.
The preferred method of communication is email, and honestly, it often felt like I was communicating with an AI chat representative rather than an actual customer service agent.
It took nearly four weeks for customer service to finally agree to send a replacement watch, and only after I paid an additional $14.95 for shipping. That was two weeks ago, and according to the tracking information, I still have another 10 days before it arrives.
In closing, there are better options available. I would recommend checking out Timex or other reasonably priced watch brands before purchasing from this company.
