Perfect transportation for wine tasting in Italy
We had an excellent trip to a winery for our group wine tasting. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable, with air-conditioning. The driver was very friendly and could speak some English. He was early to pick us up, which we appreciated, and was flexible for our return timeline. I would definitely book transport with this company again.

Irro Charter Fraud / Scam
I paid €10,412 for a promised premium 22-seater luxury bus (2023 model). Instead, Irro Charter delivered a cheap 7-seater from 2014 — an inferior vehicle worth only a fraction of what I paid. This is not a mistake, it’s fraud.
They even admitted in writing the bus was not what was agreed, but refused to refund me unless I cancelled my PayPal claim and promised to stay silent. That’s blackmail + misrepresentation.
Irro Charter cheats, lies, and robs its customers. They will take your money and deliver something completely different.

Your claim of fraud is unfounded. PayPal has independently reviewed your case and concluded that there was no reason to issue a refund. Suggesting otherwise misrepresents the facts. Please also note that making false accusations such as “fraud” or “scam” is against Trustpilot’s guidelines, and we will therefore report this review.

Be very careful of Irro Charters
Be very careful and very wary of choosing Irro Coach Charter! Before you make a booking, carefully read their Terms & Conditions, particularly note their cancellation fees.
I did not, and after paying in full 1122 EUR for a private coach for my family of 8 persons, I had to cancel. I gave Irro Charter nearly 2 months notice of the cancelation yet they charged me a 75% of the total 1122 EUR as a cancellation fee.
Personally I think this was a disgraceful act with Irro taking full advantage in charging such an exorbitant 75% cancellation fee.
If you are thinking to book a private charter, take my advice and look at other companies and do not choose Irro. I'm sure others are much better run companies who can & will sympathize when an unfortunate family issue necessitates having to cancel a booking.

Please allow us to clarify: our cancellation policy is transparently outlined in our Terms & Conditions, which are shared with every customer prior to confirming a booking. The 75% cancellation fee applied to your case was not an arbitrary decision, but rather in accordance with these agreed terms. The reason behind this policy is that when a coach is reserved exclusively for a customer, we allocate resources and block availability, which makes it difficult to reassign the vehicle and driver on short notice.
We fully understand that cancellations can be caused by unforeseen personal circumstances, and we regret that this situation has caused you frustration. At the same time, we must apply the same policy fairly and equally to all customers in order to operate responsibly.
We do value your feedback and will take it into account when reviewing our processes.

Pre-Wedding Meal - Italy
We planned a meal in Ravello, Italy for our wedding guests the night before our wedding.
The meal venue was 1 hour away from the wedding venue and we had over 70 guests which required 2 coaches to transport due to vehicle sizes allowed in Ravello.
Also, on the night of travel there was a celebration along the Amalfi coast so sections of the road were closed.
We could not have been happier with the service provided and comfort that Irro Charter had undertaken planning of the route due to the road closures and vehicle sizes.
Tremendous service and drivers.
And the most reasonable by a large difference.
Would highly recommend.

Strathmore University Academic Trip 2025 (Spain-France)
Irro Charter is a professional company and we are pleased with the experience. Nonetheless, I would like to highlight one unpleasant experience with one driver; When we arrived in Madrid, I bought a Spanish Sim from Lebara and I tried calling the driver (Sergio) by phone and Whatsapp, the driver was unresponsive, I made a number of calls to him but he still did not answer. When he finally did he directed us to go to the bus terminal, when I eventually found him he was just on phone and very upset about our delay. I am kindly suggesting that next time there is a pick-up from the airport could the driver please come at the departure exit with a sign reading Strathmore University. That way it will be easy to locate the driver and for the driver to lead us to the bus. Sergio the driver in fact left the shift to another driver. The rest of the drivers were superb and fantastic, Madrid to Pamplona and Pamplona to Paris and the drop offs within Paris. For the long trips e.g. Pamplona to Paris, we would kindly request to have a bus with a toilet in future. Overall, we are happy with the experience with Irro Charter however we would like to have Sergio the pick-up driver at the airport to be sanctioned because of his ill-mannered behaviour and unprofessionalism. We look forward to working with you once again in the future and keep up the good work.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. Despite numerous negative reviews, it appears that the company is actively removing them. My experience was especially disappointing due to the unprofessional conduct of the female manager who served me.
She was unable to communicate properly in Russian, and when my colleagues tried to speak to her in English, it was still unsuccessful and quite rude.
Perhaps the issue is that you don't want to serve clients from Russia, which have a market in Germany?

Would not recommend for corporate events/events which require strict agendas and smooth communication
We are an event company and often book different forms of transportations across Europe, US, and Asia. This is the first time we have not been able to find a way to communicate with a provider. From driver being late to multiple miscommunications about arrival and departure times, to then being charged extra for the arrival of the bus earlier than requested on one of the days. You also cannot get to talk to any management as it seems that 1 person does multiple things and does not care to find a solution. This is the first time we are writing a negative feedback to anyone. This company might be ok for some travel tours etc but for corporate events and bookings which require precision and proper correspondence, they are simply not knowledgeable enough.

We found IRRO Charter and learn about the service from internet and booked a coach from 28 February 2024 to 02 March 2024 when we were traveling on business trip from Zurich to Munich to Frankfurt and then to Berlin. The coach was clean, convenient and the driver was professional. There is no toilet in the bus but the bus stop was a very nice experience. Clean toilet and good selections of food and snacks. I think there is no WIFI in our bus, maybe you can request it. We will definitely book IRRO Charter again for our next trip in Europe.
