Very unprofessional company
Very unprofessional company. One of their drivers was speaking on the phone will driving and was reported by the tour leader of our group. She was not the best in her delivery in the communication with the driver, but was absolutely correct in requesting to not use the cell while driving. The driver decided to not work anymore with the tour leader, Irro acepted his decision and left the group without bus service on day 4 of 26 of the trip. No refund ever happened. Also I have asked them to take my email address out of their data base and I still continue receiving the newsletter and this request to express my opinion of Irro. Well, here it is: I would not book with them ever again or would recomend anyone to do so.

New bus and great driver!
Booked a charter bus for a family day trip excursion in Germany. Booking process was easy and communication was thorough and prompt! The bus seemed brand new it was so clean and driver was so kind and accommodating. Our family had a great day thanks to Irro!

Irro Charter are the best!
We contacted Irro Charter at the last minute as another coach company had let us down whilst in Germany for the Euros and they could not have helped more! Roman emailed and called to make sure they could get us a coach and they moved around some bookings to ensure they got us home from Stuttgart to Mainz. Coach was very clean and extremely comfortable too.

Coach Trip across France & Switzerland
In planning and preparation for our week-long trip across France and Switzerland, Irro Charter were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. It was great experience with Irro charter from reservation to bus service, they have very smooth process and are very responsive over the phone as well as emails. Agents helped me explaining the costs related to the booking and also when there was a change in our plan. No words to explain how good the driver Vincenzo was - very punctual and ready to help us when we had a situation where we really needed help from a local and Italian speaking person. We were on a family tour and were happy about everything. I recommend Irro Charter.

The service provided was generally satisfactory
The service provided was generally satisfactory, but we do have a couple of concerns. Firstly, regarding our transfer from Budapest to Vienna, our group encountered an inconvenience as we were dropped off at a bus stop around the corner from the hotel, purportedly due to the bus's inability to "turn back". We find it difficult to believe that the bus could not find a way to turn back, and this issue was not communicated to us until a couple of days before. We strongly believe that prioritizing customers' comfort is essential.
Additionally, during our transfer from Vienna to Prague, we had arranged and paid for a van to transport us from the parking area to the hotel. However, there was a delay of 20 minutes before the van arrived after our request, causing our clients to wait unnecessarily.
We appreciate your attention to these matters and hope for improved service in the future.
