My i9 scooter was delivered fast and efficiently along with the seat I ordered. I didn't recieve the scooter bag i ordered but contacted thw company via email which was promptly replied to with thwir apologies and a replacement sent. Customer service was so helpful and didn't delay in dealing with my query highly recommend this company for any emails scooter or e bike.

U4 - The best value e-bike you can buy!
I purchased the U4 e-bike few weeks ago. When I first unboxed the package, I must admit the finishing of the scooter is so nice and elegant. I got both right pedals, I reported to the support and they handled it very quick and new set of pedals were delivered. I used it few weeks already and honestly it is more than expected. We would like to buy 2 more, but unfortunately U4 is sold out right now. But glad to know it will be available again soon.
