Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Bought a TPOD G2 Fa bipod foregrip. It said it holds any 1" flashlight. I purchased a Nitecore MH12S and it does not fit. I was made to take videos, wait for engineers to get back to me and they still do not understand the issue. Had to have crediot card company get involved. FAB Defense said they are not a valid dealer and when I tried to call their phone number, it was disconnected. I'd go somewhere else to purchase.

If I were you I would order from…
I ordered it the 25th I have a order confirmation and I just entered the gun I have on your site and they sent me the one they said was for that gun turns out when I received it it was wrong. And my package I sent was received and signed for in FL. On the 13th not the 18th again I have email from ups to show that. But the only reason I even left this review is it seems to be the only way someone would give me an answer or have real information this is the second time I had to leave a review to get an answer I guess who ever reads these reviews has more say in customer service than your actual customer service department I hate that it has been like this but if I could get an answer from customer service as easy as I get one from leaving a review we would have no problem. I get things taking time but how hard is it to answer with a yes or no through email.
Thank you for giving me a straight forward answer I hope to be able to change this review to reflect my satisfaction with the product.

You have ordered the wrong system on Dec. 30 and received it a few days later. When realizing this was the wrong item, you have sent it back and we have promised to ship a new system as we accept the wrong one. It has arrived to our FL facility on Jan. 18th. You new and (hopefully) correct system is leaving TODAY by Fedex Express.
Again, we apologize for your innconvenience but the initial order was wrong. It happens and we hope no harm done.
You'd get your system Early next week and hoping you'd consider revising this order.

Order made 12/16/21 and parcel arrived 01/4/22. A quite long but in accordance with the deadlines indicated on the site. Parcel came from USA and I had to pay customs fees, unfortunatly... Finally my order cost 483.67 euros. Maybe I could have found cheaper in Europe but I didn't look ...
