Great customer service!
I appreciate the pleasantness the representatives have when I place an order. If I call and no one is available, I get a call back within 24 hours. My order gets to me within a few days, usually. I miss receiving an Israel pharm pen with my order as I used to get.

A three country Transmission
A three country involment made my transaction successful. USA to Israel. Israel to Great Britian and Great Britain to USA. Its always amazing to me that I can order 14 days ahead of time and get my medicine only 1 day short.
Next time I'll order earlier.

Incorrect address and failure to…
Incorrect address and failure to rectify the situation and the customer ended up solving all the problem and getting the prescription delivery. Israelpharm has since provided information that they were working behind the scenes however that was not communicated to the customer which created uncertainty and the appearance that their silence meant nothing was being done on their end. Israelpharm has since provided feedback that they understand that clear and timely communication is vital for this business that relies on shipping for delivery of medications and the will improve that going forward in instances like this. I found their feedback very helpful to understand their position.

In this case, the postal code provided with the order was incorrect, and our team was actively working with the carrier and supplier to correct it during transit. While the shipment was being monitored and ultimately reached the correct pickup location, we acknowledge that our communication along the way was not as it should have been.
