IsraelPharm came through AGAIN. Thank you for being the BEST on-line pharmacy! This was my 3rd different prescription experience. I requested on August 23 a prescription to be sent to me in North Carolina before my departure to Italy on Sept 10. They responded quickly but said it was going to be a close call. Well, it arrived today…..one week prior to my trip. Hooray. I have been suffering for over a year with OAB (Overactive Bladder) and this new medication has been demonstrating positive results for many people. When I tried samples, it seemed to be working but my insurance would not cover it. Many thanks to IsraelPharm for saving me $1500 for my first 60-day trial. You have a friend in me. Shalom.

The best Betahistine I’ve tried!Betahistine tabs from…
I’ve used the Betahistine tabs from Israel pharmacy regularly since summer 2025. I have Ménière’s Disease and have experienced drop attacks, vertigo, and a feeling of despair. The Israel pharm Betahistine tabs 16 mg 2xd relieved these symptoms. They are truly a miracle drug for me! I recently switched to a new doctor since my last doctor retired. Unfortunately she would not write me a prescription for any compounding pharmacy out of the US. So I reluctantly ordered Betahistine caps from a US compounding pharmacy. They have been completely ineffective at helping my symptoms. This means that I need to leave the medical group who sets these restrictions. But I will do whatever it takes to continue my Israel Pharmacy Betahistine. I belong to a Ménière’s Disease support group on Facebook and many of the respondents report no improvement from Betahistine. Those people need to try Israel Pharmacy.
Thank you so much. Hopefully you will be hearing from me soon. I might add that the Betahistine upsets my stomach so I use Pepcid AC.

Curing the US drug stores
Drug stores and pharmacies stock medicines to treat all kinds of ailments. The difference between them is that very few have found a cure for greed.
IsraelPharm has.
We were faced with an out-of-pocket cost in the United States of approximately $4,500 PER MONTH for one particular medication. IsraelPharm supplied us with a three-month supply of the exact same medication for a TOTAL cost of approximately $4,100.
But they didn’t stop there.
The people at IsraelPharm are actually a little “dangerous” because they under-promise and over-deliver. They checked on us before the medication shipped, kept us informed while it was in transit, and followed up after we received it.
And that is the “dangerous” part: they expose just how much greed and lack of personal service we have come to accept from the typical retail pharmacy chain in the United States.
IsraelPharm showed us that medication can be provided at a reasonable cost while still treating the customer like a human being rather than a transaction.
Fair pricing. Exceptional communication. Genuine concern for the customer.
That shouldn’t be extraordinary in healthcare, but unfortunately, it is.
