Great Customer Support and Logistics
I'm an experienced customer with Pixartprinting and I've always had a top level customer support experience. They've always been on point with deliveries and helped in the case of issues with the provider. Never a problem with customs. Occasionally, the printing quality did not meet the expectations, but the customer support has been top notch on re-issuing the order or giving a promo/refund.
Great experience overall.

They give the best deal across the board !

But slower production Vs other competitors, and FedEx as delivery partner has the worst service here in Italy

However, we would like to point out that not all products have the same production time, but for many of ther delivery time is much faster, althoug remain indicative, as you can read in our web site. Disappointing service
We waited a very long time for this order because according to your systems you had not received the payment (payment made on the same day as the order).
To avoid order cancellation we wasted a lot of time sending emails to your team.
Finally, a fleece was delivered with the logo sewn crookedly. We are truly disappointed with the service provided.
