Could be a bit faster with delivery, but order was good quality and taste excellent

Italybite is a great concept : Some of the finest products in their respective categories, a range of excellent traditional artisanal products, good packaging, excellent delivery and competitive pricing. I wish them success and certainly will be a repeat customer.

Italybite is a very professional company that delivers high quality products, carefully packed, and dispatches them swiftly. Unfortunately, the subcontracted courier, dpd, a notoriously unreliable company in France, delivered the parcel only 4 days after the announced delivery date.

I can not begin to express what an incredible source for Italian foods Italy Bite is. The customer care that I received from Umberto is beyond anyone's expectations. He was accessible every time I had any questions, answered all my questions about the food and followed the shipments. Since I live in Florida, the shipment was more complicated because of customs and the FDA and Umberto followed through at every step. He did what was needed to expedite a second order that I have recently received as well. As for the food...IT IS INCREDIBLE!!! I would have a very hard time to pick any one item or any one category. I will say that the food is unlike anything I have had here in the United States. We were planning a trip to Italy this fall and of course that cannot happen. I wanted the food from Italy Bite to be a culinary trip. It has been amazing. I can't wait to keep ordering from Italy Bite going forward. Please try their food, you will be so grateful for the experience. Every day I can't wait to try something new.

Every part of the experience was easy and beautiful! The website is fast and well structured, the ordering process was streamlined, and the communication clear (even though some was in Italian!) it’s easy to use google translate where needed. My order arrived in only 5 days.to the USA from Italy. 5 minutes after my delivery I got a text from a person at Italy bite, asking if everything in my order had arrived safely and to my satisfaction. I am very impressed with this company! Thanks again.

Quick delivery, excellent packaging.
Very good products, However, two pieces of cjeese of 400 grams weighed only 360 and 330 grams. This seems to me a significant deviation.

I live in Dubai and the products arrived just 2 days after I received the shipment notification.
The packaging was well done with bubble wrap all over the food and with ice to keep everything fresh.
