Supporting scam sellers

I purchased Steam top-up keys on itemku, and the seller sent me several invalid keys instead of the full order:
WAIT-FOR-FOUR4-CODE
WAIT-FOR-FOUR4-CODE4
WAIT-FOR4-FOUR-CODE
WAIT4-FOR-FOUR-CODE

I requested a refund, but instead of refunding me, the seller simply sent new keys.

My complaint is that if a seller treats a customer like a fool and thinks they can deceive them, such a seller should not be allowed on your platform. I requested a refund for the product, not a replacement. In the end, customer support took the scammer’s side and told me that new keys had been sent and that there would be no refund.

I sincerely hope a platform that supports scam sellers closes down as soon as possible.
I’m giving 1 well-deserved star for the complete lack of respect toward customers.

Seller Register Problem

The buying experience is top tier, the seller I've met responded very quickly, but there's one major problem that I don't even know the exact reason, when I want to be a seller, it's all fine until I clicked "Set Up Shop" or something, after I clicked that, I got redirected to an error Google Drive file and it says "We're sorry. You can't access this item because it is in violation of our Terms of Service.", it's always been like since the first time I tried to be a seller, like why does that only happen to me, don't the other seller also do the same to register their account as a seller?

Scammers and support took side of scammer seller

I ordered a Steam key, it always works and just automatically converts it to my MYR balance on steam. I bought one from Itemku, and this seller gave me an already used fake Steam code that said it's already used somewhere, Didn't said clearly that it's region locked, it said it's used code already used it said. I kept telling support it's a fake code, but they took the scammer's side. I also gave the code it to my USA friend at the end to confirm it's a fake code or works for him, he also showed it's fake, already redeemed. Don't trust these guys with Steam keys, Itemku support will 100% take the side of the scammer with fake codes.
