Good variety of games but very buggy..

Good variety of games but very buggy... notifications often shows up late, the app isnt helpful, it's the same as the web. Been using since June 2023 but I don't see any improvements

itemku is a big scam

itemku is a big scam. they will say always "the payment did not enter our system" no matter how many evidence you provide which includes the bank confirming they have received the money already. They will ignore the official bank reply screenshots you provide and will same reply always. They will not bother asking their own bank why it did not enter their system. They will always assume it will be your bank fault, contact your bank. Which I did already. And after 10 banking days they confirm itemku got the money already. But they will not bother to check and will scam you your hard earned money. Beware guys dont throw away your money on this website its better to pay more than be scamed by this website. TR00143487179 this is my transaction # they changed the status to "cancelled" after paying them.

Scammed

Yesterday I purchased a product here. The seller told me that the original account was no longer available and offered me another one instead. I agreed to avoid waiting and started playing on the new account.

However, when I woke up this morning, everything inside the account was gone the email and password had been changed. When I contacted the seller, he responded rudely and insulted me with offensive language such as “are you stupid” and similar remarks.

I am now in contact with the support team and hope they will assist me with this issue. Otherwise, I will have to leave a 1-star review and report this situation further.

i feel scam

i bought from this guy on itemku, TWICE, he told me that the account was not ready and told me that someone else has bought it. now i have to wait 24 hrs just to get my money back. his shop still shows it on display and when i try to buy it, he will just tell the buyer that "oh sorry we dont have this anymore, can we give something else for it" but the thing is i dont want anything else, i want the thing that i pay for. he offers me other accounts that are even higher than the amount that i pay for. he admitted to me that he is running two shops with all the same items listed so now if u see something on his shop and wanna buy it and u bought it already, hes gonna DM u and saying "oh sorry we dont have this anymore." whats the point of running two shops if u cant remove ONE thing from your shop. if u are running two shops at once, thats not my fault but u should not be putting the same items on both shops but only have ONE account then yet u dont even wanna remove it from your shop because apparently its itemku fault which the guy told me. i recommend dont buy from there. and i reported to itemku customer service, they told me to wait until my refund returns but they didnt even help me at all, they just simply considered my issues "RESLOVED" which is not true.
