Horrible experience. I bought a roblox account, then when I got the details and tried to login it was locked behind the email verification. The site automatically confirmed the order, making me not able to log in at all. The seller was unresponsive, the customer support does not understand my issue and is asking me to return data to seller. Its extremely stupid, don't buy from here.

When reporting a problem and waiting for a response from the seller, the seller's response time is 24 hours. I believe this is too long, as most buyers are unable to make further purchases while their funds are being held due to the seller's inability to respond. Furthermore, the store I purchased the item from claims to be open 24 hours a day, so if they don't respond within 2 hours, they should be prosecuted.

Why is it that every website update, especially new features, always makes things difficult for buyers and sellers? What's annoying about this latest update is searching for items/whatever it is when you want to buy an item, where before the update, every time we typed, there was always an automatic recommendation below the typing bar, but now a new bar has been added to search for items. Do you think all buyers know the names of the items, especially if they are double words or long words, it's complicated, and for sellers it can be detrimental and complicated because of this new feature. I mean, come on, let's return the features to how they were before, we don't want changes, we just want convenience.
