Excellent support for BCS International Diploma
I used ITonlinelearning to prepare for several BCS practitioner modules, including Modelling Business Processes, Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis Practice, and most recently the BCS Oral Exam as part of the International Diploma. Although the course structure is designed to be self-paced, what really stood out to me was the level of support available. Whenever I needed guidance, the team was extremely helpful and approachable. Special thanks to Shaun, Barbara, Ashley and the wider team, who were always kind and responsive.
The oral exam preparation was particularly excellent. The mock sessions were rigorous and very realistic, and they truly prepare you for the actual exam. In my case, the questions I practiced during preparation were very similar to what came up in the real exam, which made a huge difference. The platform provides all the resources you need, but also offers real human support when you need it. If you genuinely go through the materials and follow their guidance, you will be very well prepared for the exams. I would definitely recommend ITonlinelearning to anyone working toward the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.

Prince 2 Project Management
I completed a Project Management Foundation qualification through IT Online Learning. Despite the Prince 2 Foundation exam being a tough one and taking a couple attempts to pass it, while juggling a full time job, my overall experience was very positive. My tutor, Ryan, was responsive, supportive and helpful. I did find that I needed other learning material to help me with my studies on the Prince 2 exam and the APM PMQ exam but that could just be me and my style of learning. I found a couple of great study guides to help me through both. I was delighted when I completed the course and passed it all (eventually) with good results. It took me the full year but I took a couple months off over last summer after failing the Prince 2 exam to reset and start over! I would recommend IT Online Learning.

PM programme
Overall the PM course is good and supported me with the right tools to join the exam and earn the certifications I needed. Ryan, Barbara and Zoey have been super supportive and great at their job. The recruitment support process is good, but I had to seek for some advice from external people working in different industries to understand if the CV was valid from a human eye perspective and not just from an AI. There are aspects that can be improved surely, I believe more partners offering internships or apprenticeship to gain more hands on projects would be a great asset as the certification itself corresponds to a 50% of what the industries require. A little experience is better when trying to change career and speed up the hiring processes. This would add definitely more value for money to the PM ITOL programme.

Our programmes are designed as vocational training, which means the focus is on developing practical, job-ready skills alongside recognised industry certifications. The aim is to help students build both the knowledge and applied understanding needed to transition into project management roles.
As part of this, students also complete a 3D simulated Project Management assignment, where you virtually shadow a Project Manager and apply what you’ve learned in a practical scenario. This includes tasks such as producing a Gantt Chart and working through real project planning activities. Our Recruitment Team also adds this experience to your CV as practical project management exposure, which can be discussed during interviews.

I want to put 3.8 stars
I wanted to put 3.8 stars - ITOL is a very good and ambitious learning platform. Especially now as they have updated their courses and website since I finished my course in coding career programme. The ability to have structured content and having online access to learn is brilliant, in an ideal world a year is an optimum amount of time to complete the content and understand it. However, I would say that the clarity on how their system works was frustrating for me, I ended up extending my course as there wasn't complete clarity on how ITOLs content would be on different platforms and would require requesting access, at a point after completing the exams and believing I had finished my course, i was then advised that there was a whole two modules that I would need to do and they were on a different platform so I had to pay for an extension which really upset me. This happened on two occasions and then when I had finished the AWS exam that I was told was all that was required, i was then told that recruitment wouldn't begin until I had sat the Microsoft exam too but I would need to pay for an extension again. ITOL have said that I received 14 months of extension at no additional cost which doesn’t match my records at all - I received a 3 month free extension due to the ambiguity. I will say however that when I did write to support with my complaints, they were swift in responding and coming up with a solution that worked for both parties. I think ITOL has ALOT of potential and I would consider a course with them in the future if need be but I would say that more transparency and clarity is needed. Additionally, for this program at least, you will most likely need to supplement the course material with some YouTube tutorials for deeper/better understanding for some concepts. My course Instructor Emmanuel Phiri was kind and knowledgeable and mostly able to get hold of when need be. I think a few mandatory live check-ins or lectures would help students to stay on track and connect the dots of what they're doing. I am grateful that I studied with ITOL and looking forward to finding my new role!

Our programmes are designed to be fully online and self-paced, allowing students to progress at a speed that suits their schedule. While the learning pathway is typically designed to be completed within around three months, students are provided with 12 months of access to their training materials. In your case, we were also happy to support you with additional time to complete your studies, including a purchased 6 month extension and a further 8 month extension at no additional charge to you, giving you a total of 14 months of additional access at no extra cost.
At enrolment, students also receive a Terms of Learning document which outlines the full study journey, including the course modules, exams, and progression requirements before moving to recruitment support.
As the programme is structured as a self-paced online learning experience, we do not run scheduled live classes. However, students have access to tutor support throughout their studies and can request one-to-one sessions or exam preparation support, which can be conducted via live video calls when additional guidance is needed. It’s also great to hear your positive feedback about Emmanuel Phiri, we’ll be sure to pass that along.
