Shoddy Quality
The watch band tore in half after minimal use. I contacted company to have the band replaced but was told that it wasn't covered under the one-year warranty. Now I have to purchase a new band just to use the watch. More money just to use this cheap watch.

Oxygen readings are way off as well as heart rate. Returning the watch to Costco.
Only leaving one star because I have…
Only leaving one star because I have to. I wish I had read the reviews first. This watch is useless. Doesn’t sync. I have to disconnect it then reconnect but it never works the first 5 times. Total waste of money. I contacted the company for help, totally useless. Wasted $50.
As others have said
As others have said, I should have read the reviews first, but I was on a cruise in the south Pacific on Celebrity. We got some extra money because of missing 2 islands due to medical emergency's. We thought a great time to get one of those watches and track everything, it was a Sport 4. I even bought extra bands to color coordinate with my outfits, I also had sleep monitoring only work 2-3 x a week, and the steps would loose my phone so not very good. Over all , good concept, poor execution.
Make a product that does what it…
Make a product that does what it supposed to do. If I could give it zero stars I would.
don't waste your money
don't do it. poor quality product. warrenty is pretty much useless customer service makes you jump through hoops tyrying to grt warrenty honored then charges for warrenty repair shipping. was an ok cheap watch for about 4 or 5 months
False promises and wrong product delivered
We bought itouch massage chair at House and Garden show. We had to pay for it in full. We were told that they will deliver the chair the Monday after they ended the exhibition . They also assured us they will also set the machine up and show us how to use it on delivery. The owner calls me on the day of supposed delivery to say they waiting shipment!
After 3 weeks of calling them they eventually delivered the huge box outside my house. The couriers fussed about bringing it into my house as this was not arranged. I contacted owner he said he will send someone over to assist. We never heard from him neither did he take my calls the next day
We opened the box only to find it was a completely different chair to what was showed to us at the show. Thankfully I took pics at the show so I could compare it.
This is a company thats greedy to do sales and use false advertising. What u see and pay for is not what you get!
I would advise people to purchase from them. Be careful guys
Like everyone else totally disappointed…
Like everyone else totally disappointed with watch. Stopped charging after six months and found out to use warranty will cost $10 + shipping cost. Never had to pay to honor a warranty for product failure and will probably cost in the end nearly as much as the watch is worth.
Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Terrible watch
Terrible! Terrible Terrible!!!! DO NOT BUY this watch!! Only worked for 3 months then the watch would no longer connect to my iphone.
I sent messages to customers service and couldn’t do anything! Such a horrible experience!!
Itouch Active- DON'T !!!
Itouch Active- DON'T !!!
I bought this watch on an impulse at BJ's.
It's cheap, so I didn't expect it to do much. But for the cost, it was worth a shot... or so I thought.
As a watch? It's fine.
But beyond that, absolute garbage.
It would sync with my phone and show that it was synced, but then not actually read the data off the watch into the app.
After a few days it would disconnect from the phone and I had to reconnect it, a few days later I had to completely remove the app and reinstall it.
It only read my sleep pattern 3 days out of the past 7.
Steps were extremely inaccurate, so I wouldn't put much faith in the O2 level or whatever the "stress" portion is allegedly checking.
It was able to give me notice ( fairly consistantly ) when I'd get a text... but that and the time were about it.
But what is the worst thing is I was getting about a minimum of 2 full days on every full charge on my phone.
But after installing this app, I was not only getting under 14 hours, but it corrupted something to the point where my phone wouldn't charge beyond 71%.
I restarted the phone, and no change.
But after removing the app and restarting the phone, I'm back to 100% charges and around 48 hours before I need another charge.
My phone battery monitor claimed the app was using 9% of my battery from the prior charge, but that wouldn't explain much about limiting my ability to charge fully, nor how long a charge lasted with this app installed.
I'm simply going to use it as a watch alone, for as long as it lasts and never make a purchase from them again.
But using it with the app, or even installing the app again? Not a chance.
I should probably give it 1 star, but the time does work and the screen is easy enough to read... so it gets 2 stars.
But I'm in a good mood.

Air 4 worked for about three months then the watch would no longer connect to my phone.
Bad purchase
This watch will not stay connected to the app and it does not count steps accurately. Most days the counter shows zero steps. It does show app notifications and some incoming calls and texts.
Terrible product
Terrible product. I bought this watch before reading the reviews and now I wish I hadn't. First off, it won't connect to the app or if it does it won't stay connected so basically it's useless. It won't reconnect most of the time and it gets real annoying when it occurs daily. Just a total waste of money for me. Another thing, I have compared the step count to two pedometers and it's way less count than both pedometers (like a 1,000 less)
Deplorable Battery Life
I am writing this on behalf of my wife who went through hell today trying to get some reciprocity from the company that makes and distributes this product. First of all, they offered to send her a replacement, providing she download an app to pay a $10 shipping fee??? Of course, if said app were connected to our checking accounts, we eventually get those data breach notices. So, if you've had a bad experience from this company, don't worry, they will not be around forever. They have a reservation next to Blockbuster and Service Merchandise.
I purchased the itouch sport 4
I purchased the itouch sport 4. Very disappointed. I wish I read the reviews posted as it seems I am experiencing the same issues as many others. Does not send info from watch to app. Information that does transfer over(when it does)is not accurate. I have unistalled and reinstalled the app numerous times. Did not correct the issues.Big waste of my money.
ITouch Wearable Sport4
ITouch Wearable Sport4.
IS A PIECE OF SHIT. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE SAME. It's 2 Months old and never connects to App.
iTOUCH AIR 4 STAY AWAY
I purchased an iTOUCH AIR 4 at BJs. It was on sale. I wouldn't recommend this product if it were free. It looks nice but after several attempts with mediocre help from the company the watch doesn't accurately track steps -- not even close. BJs should be ashamed to be selling it and I will let them know when I visit to return this defective product.
Not worth the money
I purchased a watch on royal Caribbean cruise ship and it won't even turn on. The amount of hoops I have had to jump through to prove I purchased this watch and send in videos of connecting to USB ports proving it doesn't work has exceeded my hourly pay rate. It is NOT worth the hassle or headache to buy one of these watches. Take your money elsewhere and buy something more valuable even if it is double the cost. Apple warranties their product and doesn't make it this difficult to get your money back or a new watch.
The display screen is nice, but everything else is wildly inaccurate
The display screen is nice, but the pedometer is completely inaccurate. It was so far off the I walked counting steps to test it. Also the math for 'percentage complete' of goals in the application to synch to on your phone is wildly inaccurate. Some developers need to go back and take a math class
