Their customer service is impeccable, specifically Jonathan and Joseph were both extremely communicative and helpful.
Tranferring money from one account to another can be nerve racking, especially because different institutions have different transfer processes and requirements.
I have now transferred 2 IRA's to ITrustCapital, and they've made the process seamless and easy with their awesome detail oriented customer service! I highly recommend!!

Patience and knowledge
I needed a thorough explanation between the Traditional IRA Rollover and Premium Custody Account. Josh took his time to explain the difference between the two where I could understand and make the decision that best suited me.
