Had a great talk with Rafael today, he help me a lot on some questions that I had and important details great experience, very informative and professional, my first time with iTrustCapital looking forward to see good things coming.

Every experience I have with ITrust Capital is a positive one and this was no exception. We were able to accomplish our zoom meeting in less than 10 minutes. I applaud their efforts to enhance Security through a zoom meeting. A+ would recommend.

My experience was good. I heard good things about Itrustcapital, and I needed some where to roll over my 401K from my previous employer. Johnathan was a great help showing me the steps I needed to take.

My conversation with iTrust Capital representative Francisco responded to my iTrust Dashboard and IRA inquiry on April 29, 2026, in a timely manner. Francisco did as he said he would do, attempting to contact me by phone on April 28, 2026, regarding my IRA account transaction settlement, but I missed his call. Francisco is a professional, customer-oriented, and valuable asset for the iTrust Capital team. I highly recommend iTrust Capital to others regardless of your investment knowledge. I'm a new member and was in the process of opening a fresh IRA to transfer an old one to. Actually I was chatting with the chat bot to get some questions answered before continuing and Francisco called me up mid process, and proceeded to answer my questions and walk me through the rest of the set up. Saved me time and effort no doubt.

Tried to open an account and without any explanation I was told I am not going to be allowed to! This is the email I got

Francisco contacted me via phone within minutes of submitting the transfer form to get a wet signature and subsequently uploaded the form. Excellent customer service.

I love speaking to real people and Itrust provides that service. I called and spoke with Romeo today. I had a mess on my hands with over contributions and needing to Recharacterize my contribution. Romeo was patient and helped me figure out what I had done between my two accounts. He then walked me through two request forms and helped me fill them out properly to submit. He was very polite and well spoken. A huge help. Thank you Itrust and Romeo.

I wanted to transfer funds from a 401k into a new Roth IRA with ITrustCapital and was nervous about making a mistake and Josh helped me in mins and it was extremely easy. I’m very glad I gave them a call though, it made an easy process not only easy but stress free!
