Dishonest Business Practices

A few issues with them:
1) Service quality is subpar at best - we hired them for a condo cleaning and the cleaner's products left a heavy mildew smell in the unit
2) Deceptive administration practices. They purposefully set their email and text reminders separately and have a 28-hour cancellation policy. Change fees are $100 and cancellations are 100%. The timing for cancellation is unintuitive and it makes you feel like you're cheated out of a full cleaning fee.
Their system also forces you to provide a credit card, and they'll convince your credit card company that you're at fault if you try to dispute.
Everything about this company is about one-off value extraction. I'm sure the Google reviews are glowing but don't take them at face value.

Instead of clean cut turning down a service for allegedly breaking their policies they promise to continue it and do a subpar job, performing a fraction of the services paid for, charge full price, and try to offer little compensation. Greedy company and unprofessional.

Hi Maria, this booking was completed online by Urfa, who selected “Heavy Build-Up (No Pest Issues)”, agreed to the terms, checklist, and exclusions before paying, and then received the same pest policy again in the confirmation email with a free cancellation window. On the day of the clean, our team began working and then found an active pest issue – roaches and bugs on carpets, floors, and around fixtures – which your family also acknowledged on a same-day call. At that point, our safety policy required us to stop in those areas to protect our staff and to prevent pests from being carried into other clients’ homes. Even though we were fully within the agreed terms, we still offered a substantial partial refund as a goodwill gesture. We understand you were disappointed, but what could be done that day was limited by the pest condition in the home, not by any lack of effort, equipment, or disclosure on our part.
