If I could give no stars I would. After receiving the incorrect item, I contacted this company on 4 different occasions and have had absolutely no response, terrible service!!

I purchased an item on the 4th May. Still no sign of my order. I emailed last week to receive a response Monday. To say I need to pay more for shipping.
No contact from them. No contact since. Happy to take money but no response. Still waiting a response regarding refund.

For ages I've been looking for a bookmark that could clip onto the pages. I had one years ago but lost it, and haven't been able to find one since. That was until I came across Its Handmade. My girlfriend used the website to buy me the bookmark clip, and personalised it with a message. The effort by the designer to create the gift and the personalised message was truly a work of art. I love small companies like this, that go the extra mile and treat customers really well. I would definitely come here again over a large corporation for sure. Give them a chance, they won't disappoint you

Gorgeous bracelet, amazing quality even better than what a expected

I’m so disappointed 😞 I absolutely love what I see in their insta pages but when I ordered my personalised bracelet, it was not how it looks in the page and I have seen others in person and my bracket was clearly rushed (the lettering was smaller than the others, wonky and the last letter had less thickness like they hadn’t gone over with the cotton and needle). After sending two messages and an email the owner did reply, and was happy to send me a new one and apologised (which I thought great) over a week later I still haven’t had the bracelet and I’ve sent a message (which has been read but there’s been no reply) my original order was already delayed. I’m so disappointed as I was excited about this bracelet but I feel so let down.
I didn’t want to do a bad review but I feel that this has left me with no option, but I will happily take it down when the issue has been resolved, the communication has been so poor. I try and support so many small business and this has been the first time I’ve been let down.

parcel was delayed , but response from retailer was excellent! It is the care the showed and actions that I would definitely buy again from them.
