I bought a little rabbit with long flopsy ears for my 32 year old daughter (she doesn’t know it yet!) and I know she’s going to fall in love with it, just too cute ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

What a lovely family run business
What a lovely family run business. I was worried about delivery tie and getting the product before Mothers Day, I spoke to someone on the online chat who was very helpful. My order was fulfilled exactly as I requested and delivery within 36 hours. Beautifully engraved. And my mum absolutely loved the gift. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

Absolutely outstanding service and product! The engraver, Bill, phoned me to check the spelling of my daughter’s name, as it is quite unusual- during the conversation I mentioned that I ordered it for my daughter’s birthday. Today the bracelets arrived and, to my surprise, Bill upgraded my order and put the bracelets in a beautiful box with birthday wishes engraved on it! How wonderful! Really touching. Inside, there was a lovely, personal note too. Thank you so much! Will definitely order from them again.

Keyring Hearts
For Christmas my daughter gave me a beautiful heart keyring and 3 small hearts with her children's name on.
Wording - This Nanny Belongs To…
As I also have three other grandchildren, I contacted 'It's Hand Made' to see if I could purchase 3 more small hearts with my son’s children’s names on. My daughter was very happy for me to do this.
The response was yes and I was given a link to the correct form on the website, which I completed and paid the cost.
Within two/three days the extra hearts were in my possession. Absolutely brilliant service and such wonderful gift selection, I will definitely recommend 'It's Hand Made' to friends and family.
