Tried to return a dress twice. For some reason it keeps getting sent back to me. This company is based in Ireland so must be an issue at customs. DONT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU LIVE IN MAINLAND UK. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I ordered the lovely red bobbie trouser and waistcoat. I was not sure about the fitting so I can off the rack was speaking to a lovely lady. And she explained what they were like in sizing. Really happy with them thanks
Ordered size 41 and size 40 came. Was charged €32.50 and box came marked down to €20…. A little dishonest in my opinion.
They were out of stock of an item but refunded me less than the cost of the item. Also didn't even bother to email me to tell me they were out of stock.
