Thanks to Daisy who reached out to me “assisting with my refund.

I've subscribed & they took my money without give me full explanation for what it's for. I've wrote several emails requesting my refund but never got it since last month. They also tried to withdraw again & again without my consent. Really had bad experience with these people, really a SCAM

The agent that I communicated with was very helpful and he assist me to process the refund of the amount that was deducted on my account that was unauthorized. Looking forward that it will be back on my account after 7 to 10 days.

Someone joined this and I don't know how. Money was taken from my account without me knowing or having any idea.

I pay for shien product on january 24 and after that i made a complain on 28 febuary. How ever i 'm grertfull to reply me immediately. I'm happy to see the email by Mr Keivn due to his decision, that make a refund for me. If you can refund my money. It will enhance your tansparency as well as it will increse the trust towards your company

They promised to give back my refund because they took money out my account after I had canceled my subscription
