This product is the.same stuff that…

This product is the.same stuff that sells at the dollar store. And they wanna put it in a different bottle then turn around and call it their product. This crap is so fake. I wouldn't even give them a star but i had to put at least one star on it. But in all reality this stuff is not worth what they are asking for it. I looked it up and and even done some.digging of my own into the product and it's the same as dollar store sells. So I would not recommend anyone to.waist their time on this over priced junk. So anyone thinking about buying this stuff beware its a scam and a joke. They.charge you $150 dollars to.start just so they can get more cheap product to over charge people.

Geesh! What’s with the negativity?

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Perhaps you got the wrong consultant. Not everyone has or practices great customer service. You can’t blame that on the company as a whole. While I am just starting the products, I can say that my energy level has increased. It increases your metabolism, therefore giving you more energy to burn fat. I’m sure you can’t depend on the product alone. My constant was great. She share recipes with me for the skinny brew and offered several products for me to choose from. Aside from that, not only do we communicate on FB but she shared her personal contact information with me. I was told upfront that the minimum timeframe that they work with you is 90 days. To me that says I am agreeing to a 90 day or 3 month subscription. I’m not so sure what’s so hard to understand about that. If you don’t like the product or it doesn’t work for you, do your due diligence and be nice, you just might get your money back. I do have a username and password and can manage my subscription and products. I’m waiting to see if the product will work for me. I have to give it at least 30 days. If it doesn’t, fine. Results do vary based on each person. The same way your doctor has to try different medications to see which one works best for you because what worked for your friend to control her blood pressure may not work for you is the same concept I take when it comes to these products. Please do not allow someone’s negative experience or review deter you from at least giving it a try and being upfront with your consultant about your concerns. I received several free products just for trying. We all know some folk overreact and again, not everyone has great customer service.

First off the product does not work and…

First off the product does not work and I am hearing more and more it is not good for you. The person that sold it to me Jackie Jean on Facebook was not honest I asked her after I placed my order if she could send me some of the free coffee to try. I never got the coffee. Then I specifically asked her if I am able to purchase when I choose not have automatic payments come out and she said yes you can buy as you wish, well she set up my account online, and when I asked her for the password and username, she never responded or gave it to me, so I could not even go in to my account, and it works to change from automatic payments to when I would like. When I tried to change my password on that it works site. It said an email was sent and I never received the email and I try to twice when I asked Jackie Jean to cancel in May. She said she would cancel well guess what in July another payment came out when I approached her on it she never responded to me. I told her that I wanted her to cancel. She never responded, but when she was trying to get me to buy the product, she was always responding very quickly I had to call. It works customer service myself to cancel my subscription when I proceeded to message her and tell her to forget it I already canceled. She deleted me from Facebook and blocked me. LOL funny how things work please don’t put yourself through that the product doesn’t worth it and the reason why she makes so much money that she posts on Facebook is because they scam you into automatic payments , but don’t tell you that at the beginning

Company has sellers using security question posting for promotions.

Tonight there was a post on my Facebook timeline:

My friend is looking for an old-fashioned name!! 👵🏼💖What was your grandma’s name for a chance to enter my friend *redacted*’s $500 giveaway 💖

When I messaged the friend who posted to ask if she’d been hacked, she told me that she hadn’t and that it was a promotion for It Works products, and that the scripting was provided by the company.

Everyone who answers this is putting their data security at risk.

This is utterly irresponsible if you’re asking your sellers to post things like this.

Can't get no help

Placed order started using gummies and other products but I have stomach problems can't continue. I've called customer service twice to cancel membership and return products they just sent can't get a return label. They said each time they are sending it. Was distributor for 2 years as well as…

Was distributor for 2 years as well as customer. Guaranteed pricing as a dist/customer for life. Today tried to order, and since I did not pay to renew my distributor status, they now say I do not receive said pricing unless I rejoin their company as a new customer and sign 3 month contract. What happened to my guaranteed lifetime pricing?? It's FALSE advertising and misleading Disgusted at how they handled the entire situation.

As is the nature of MLM schemes

As is the nature of MLM schemes, it is designed to be as confusing and manipulative as possible for the people at the bottom of the pyramid. According to multiple legitimate sources, 99% of people in MLMs loose money. Many websites say that this statistic is false, but if you check the source, all of these websites are either sponsored by an MLM company, or an MLM company’s website itself. Please educate yourself and stay safe out there, there are many people, (most of them victims themselves) who will go to great lengths to scam you.

Apart from the business side of things, I used multiple It Work’s products before I was aware that it was a scam, and none of them produced any results, in fact some of them made me feel sick.

I ordered two bottles with the absolute guarantee I would not receive more!! I did this just to support someone.. well.. of course I got a notice that my card would be charged.. I contacted the rep I ordered them from and reminded her that I absolutely did not want more.. she said no problem she would cancel… and I was charged again🤪 total rip off and I would definitely NOT recommend!!

It's a persons mindset

The product works based on your individual discipline I started with the coffee (which I did for nearly 6 months an only stopped because I was drinking To much of it) went to the Fat Burners which I personally like a lot(tried the gummies but wasn't feeling them so I stopped after a month) and my home girl also likes alot. I am giving the Thermo pills a try now along with the Fat Burners for my home girl. It works WILL work but it's all in your mindset, never depends solely on the product that is where you will fail. Alot of the weight loss,dexto or whatever a person is shooting for all starts with DISCIPLINE OF MIND and maintain it.
And I've never had a issue in stopping because jus before C19 swept the world I stopped completely for a year no muss or fuss.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! I should have read reviews before I purchased. I kept seeing Instagram posts about how great the products were. I had contacted the consultant and she kept messaging me all the benefits and finally I caved.
1. I wanted to lose about 10-20 pounds and was stuck. My consultant suggested this package deal because in the long run it was cheaper. $251 to her is cheap I guess.
2. I place my order directly through her and when I get my confirmation it has the clause that I’m locked into a subscription for 3 months! Right away I contact her, tell her she never mentioned this . She is so relaxed and tells me, “all you have to do is skip the order each month for 3 months and then you will be free of the subscription. It’s a a loophole. Don’t worry, I got you girl!” I have this in writing as proof.
3. I did what she said and it worked for the first month but I tried the 2nd month and nope. My next scheduled shipment will hit my account on 6/12! The one thing I seem to be able to do was switch my order so another $251 wasn’t ordered.
4. If this wasn’t aggravating enough, I had adverse effects to the first 2 products. I tried them for 3 weeks and they made me sick. I had heart palpitations, the jitters, and my blood pressure was elevated.
5. I contacted my doctor and she told me to stop taking the products. The 2 products were the Skinny Coffee and Super Greens.
6. I was nervous to try some of the other products so they remain unopened.
7. I contacted customer service yesterday and they never even acknowledged the products made me SICK or offer me labels to return the unopened products. They said I SIGNED up for a subscription plan and need to complete it or pay to cancel it! Umm, no I Did NOT sign up but my consultant did without telling me. Plus I have her admitting this in writing!
8, Then a few hours after I wrote them I get a cheery message from my consultant asking me how my journey is going! WHAT A JOKE! I messaged her and told her all the above and she asked me to send her an email stating what happened and what my doctor advised. She made it sound like she would fix it. Well no other word from her and nothing fixed.

* My consultant did post on Instagram that because she is a top tier earner she and her husband were invited for an all expenses paid trip to Jamaica!

Do NOT order. Next I’m writing to the Better Business Bureau.

ITWORKS business practices are sub-par, at best. After signing up to become a distributor, based on being told that I would receive a free bottle of their Restore, which would be included with my initial order, when my order came it, not only was the Restore Facial Oil not in the shipment, but none of the Welcome Box products were in there, either! After six weeks and a whole lot of phone calls, I finally get an email stating that my Welcome Box was being shipped, but that the Restore Facial Oil would be shipped only if I agreed to a $6.99 shipping fee! This is not acceptable and I will not be associated with a company who does not support their customers by making right an error on THEIR PART! See the email below, and by the way, they are the ones who did not apply the promo code with my order!!!

Our records show you received your Enrollment Order on April 30th, and we do not find any record of you contacting customer service about a concern with your Enrollment order until June 3rd. If a customer contacts us within 2 hours of their order processing, we can usually add the missing Promo Code (free product) without additional shipping. Once the order is over 2 hours old, customer service is required to charge shipping since an additional Bag/Box and Tracking number must be purchased. Furthermore, you mention after 6 weeks a lot of phone calls. We did find that you made three calls to customer service but not until June 3rd. We are happy to assist but we need contact sooner. And as a Distributor we would appreciate you contacting Compliance@itiworks.com to address the issue before going to a third party. We would like the opportunity to resolve the matter. As a result, on June 7, 2023, our customer service supervisor shipped out 1 FREE Restore Facial Oil with no charge.

Didn't work

I purchased the gummies, the slimr, and thermofightx. I had to make a 3 month commitment to get them at the price the consultant gave me. I weighed, I measured, and I took a "before" picture. About 2 months later, I was down 4 lbs. At the end of the 90 days and all of it was gone, I had gained that 4 lb. back and had lost no inches. I wouldn't even take the" after" picture because it was the same as the before. I am out $300
for nothing.

If I could rate a 0 I would!!

If I could rate a 0 I would!!! I was scammed into joining it works back in 2021 and it was absolutely awful. When I joined I was told I would be making $1000s a month and I think I made maybe $150? It was ridiculous and the money I made only covered the $150 start up fee I had to pay. Seriously who charges people a fee like that? My “team leader” was extremely fake and the moment I expressed my thoughts of doubt basically cut me off and and called me out on my “actions” I wasn’t told ANYTHING going into this. For example, I wasn’t told I would be posting about products that are crap and don’t work. I had family members get sick from these products. I am highly embarrassed I ever joined itworks and am writing this review to hopefully save others from making the same mistake. Itworks needs to be shut down or at least tell the truth about what is actually happening!!! Stop scamming innocent people into joining a company where they end up losing money!!!

Charges to cancel!!

Read the Fine Print About Returns!!

I ordered two bottles, and had two doses from one bottle. They made me sick, which is no big deal to me. I have a sensitive digestive system. However, when I requested a return, they did the following:
1) only unopened bottle can be refunded
2) there is a standard $6 charge for NOT returning any product (remember, they will not accept the opened bottle?!)
3) they charge YOU for the return shipping.

I lost $60 in the deal. I did this through a friend, too, not directly on their web site.

Better ask your "distributor" about return policies before purchasing!!!
