Item generally as described. Top lid completely covered in small scratches but screen ok. Keyboard was dirty, had stuff stuck to it. Had to antibac it thoroughly.

Bought a refurbished lenovo t490 grade B... its beyond a grade B and more of a grade A rating. Its perfect. ITZOO packaged the item as securely as possible and it arrived unscathed. Fast efficient service all round. Definitely using them again for any future laptop purchases.
