Bought a laptop which got delivered on 6th March and now the speaker isn’t working, disappointed, waste of money as the only reason I bought was because my son takes online tuition, so the laptop is useless now as he’s unable to hear his teacher.

Amazing service! Its really only when things go wrong that you fnd out whether a company's service is any good or not and if they care about their cusomers. My keyboard failed within warranty but it was repaired very promptly and I was kept fully informed throughout the process by Joan. Probably the best service I have ever experienced! Keep up the good work Joan and the ITZOO team!

P52 Thinkpad
The price of the laptop and condition was far better than I expected. Machine is perfect as an engineers laptop and arrived next day. I did have to contact customer service due to UPS taking the device to a pick up location however no note or app confirmation was given about this and only told me the location once I had picked up the parcel. (Luckily there is only one ups pick up point in my town) however ITzoo where rapid and helpful in response to this issue so 5* for them 1* for UPS
