This is the second refurbished item i have bought from here, i was more than happy with the first item, and this one is even better. You would think that it was brand new out of an apple shop. Delivery was made in less than 24 hours from placing the order as well. Couldn't recommend this company enough, absolutely superb!

A (new to me) iMac to make life easier!
Selecting and purchasing a computer from ITZoo is an experience that avoids trouble.
The communications from ITZoo were frequent, without being too frequent, making sure I was up-to-date on every stage of my order.
Unfortunately weeks passed before I was able to set up the mac (nothing to do with ITZoo).
Once I found a spare power cable (none was included), I discovered that I needed to update it from the 2017 OS to the current version (counter to the info on the product page). This took AGES, but was successful and the mac now purrs like a kitten despite being a 2017/18 model! I know it can get an even greater performance boost if I swap the HDD for SSD data storage, but it’s only noticeable on start-up and shutdown.
The iMac was received in superb condition and all software checks I’ve been able to run have reported hardware to be in excellent shape!
Other than the above niggles (less than annoyances), it would have been a perfect buying experience.
No wonder I’ve heard so many recommendations for ITZoo :)

Got an excellent refurbished laptop for cheap.but the real deal is, when I was having a small issue on the laptop, the time it took for them to repair it and resend it, the way they have given me the update, made me so happy. I definitely recommend them.

I purchased the LENOVO THINKPAD P52 Notebook from Itzoo (ORDER #30685)
The laptop was described as Grade B, but to me it looked "as new" just 2 minor scratches on the outer body of the laptop. Excellent machine at a great price.
Really impressed with the laptop especially the battery life.
This is my 4th purchase from them in the last 5 years.
