I purchased a MBP. Great prices, the machine was in great condition. The service has been friendly and quick. Once I bought it, I found that the battery could be a bit more better. Contacted iused and they acknowledged and changed out the battery for me! Thanks guys.

False “100% Checked” Guarantee – Received Faulty MacBook!
I purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro (2020, Intel i5, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) from iUsed, trusting their claim that all products are “100% checked and safe.” However, as soon as I received the device, it had a critical battery issue—it does not charge and shows “Service Recommended” with only 12 battery cycles!
I followed all troubleshooting steps, including SMC reset, different USB-C ports, and updating macOS, but the issue remains. This proves that iUsed did NOT properly check this MacBook before selling it. A truly certified refurbishment should not have a failing battery on day one.
To make things worse, I need this MacBook for an urgent business trip next week, and now I am stuck waiting for iUsed to respond. This is unacceptable, and I am requesting an immediate replacement or refund.
🚨 If iUsed guarantees their products are “100% checked,” then why am I dealing with a defective battery on a “refurbished” device? 🚨
I will update my review if they resolve this issue quickly, but for now, I cannot recommend iUsed to anyone who expects real quality control.

I bought my first MacBook with iUsed
I bought my first MacBook with iUsed. MacBook was tagged as lightly used but case and screen was totally fine. Battery cycle was 215. After I cleaned screen with screen cleaner solution and I cleaned the whole aluminum case with anti-bacterial wipe, it was looking like brand new. Intel i5, 16 GB RAM and 512 GB NVMe drive is perfectly fast. This machine never getting frozen while I'm coding Android and listening Spotify and chatting with ChatGPT. It is not booting fast like Apple M2 CPU installed MacBooks but this MacBook is never getting slow. The only problem was packaged wrong in the delivery package but still there is no problem. MacBook was touching to the bottom of the package without any support/bubble/air space. I think they putted it to the package upside down.

DO NOT trust the iUsed warranty
After an earlier review, I received a reply saying that they would review the case. The Trustpilot response was far quicker than any response from the customer service team. I have finally had a response from the customer service team but there is no review of the situation. Just the same answer, iUsed will not honour the warranty and claim water damage despite an independent repairshop disputing that this is not the issue. DO NOT trust the iUsed warranty. You do not know what you are getting inside a refurbished machine and no way to prove that you did not cause the damage if something goes wrong. It would appear to be very easy to offer a 3 year warranty if you can void it with no recourse to challenge it and no way to prove what caused the fault.

Received mobile and presented it to my daughter as a gift for her birthday. In the first hour the phone restart 4 times intermittently. Then an error appeared advising the battery problem due to a third party battery installation.
We have now returned the item and waiting for a new item. Return policy is good.

When a message appears on the screen about the battery; this actually means that the battery has been replaced for a new one, but because we are not Apple Certified we cannot deactivate this temporary message.
It will only show up for a few days, after which it won't appear again.
