- Bij iUsed tonen we alleen producten in onze webshop die per direct beschikbaar zijn voor verkoop en levering. Alle gebruikte Macs zijn volledig getest, voorzien van een schone installatie van het OS en goedgekeurd door onze eigen technische dienst. Hierdoor kunnen we garanderen dat bestellingen die voor 15.00 uur zijn afgerond dezelfde werkdag worden verzonden.
- Standaard 3 jaar garantie
- Wij leveren alle (refurbished) Apple devices met standaard 3 jaar garantie. Dat is meer dan op een nieuwe Apple!
- 30 dagen niet goed, geld terug
- Bij iUsed ontvang je op alle gebruikte Macs 30 dagen “Niet goed, geld terug” garantie. Mocht het geleverde product toch niet aan jouw verwachtingen voldoen, dan kun je het binnen 15 dagen aanmelden om het te retourneren plus nogmaals 15 dagen om het product kosteloos te retourneren en krijg je vanzelfsprekend jouw geld teruggestort. Voorwaarde voor het retourneren is dat het product in dezelfde staat door ons ontvangen wordt als dat het aan je geleverd was.

Didn't notify about separate shippings
Received the charger on a empty box before the iPad. Thought the iPad got stolen or missed from the warehouse. The iPad arrived a few days later.

the iPad seems to work properly
Service very good and the iPad seems to be working properly as new but I have used the iPad only for few weeks and I can’t tell 100% of something is wrong .

Descent product, perfect support
It just works! So simple.
You take what you choose. And it is exactly what they promise. Nothing more, nothing less.
My order was sent immediately, well and safe packaged.
Service desk, if you need it, reacts in minutes and mails responded in less than an hour. I needed just to send my computer back because of sth very simple(difficulties on update). They received it at 08.00 and they sent it back at 11.00!!!
I think it is one of the best experience l had :)

They call this damaged?
I ordered a damaged refurbished mac PowerBook. I saved a few hundred euros more - a little dent or spot on the screen really would not bother me.
Damage? What damage? A tiny bit of ghosting where someone put stickers on the top? That’s it! No dings, no spots. In fact, it looks as if this computer was rarely even used. It’s 5 years old but since I was upgrading from a 2012 model it’s like getting a brand new computer for less than half the price! I may never buy “new” again. Absolutely pleasantly surprised and thrilled about my purchase.
