Great products, great prices, fast delivery… what’s not to love?
My visiting birds go bonkers for the mini suets pellets, there’s never any waste, very little dust, and the size is always consistent. The suet logs also go down extremely well, along with crushed sunflower hearts and peanut granules.
The offers they often have are always fantastic, and offer genuine discounts and free products with no quality or size reduction. Easy to contact and lovely customer service. My go to place for all wild bird food!

I ordered on Sunday morning and the bird food was delivered Monday lunchtime! What better service could you ask for?! Also, on the order before this latest order, one of the packages was damaged by the courier, I reported this to Ivel Valley and despite it being literally before Christmas I received replacements the next day - I was seriously impressed with the service.

Excellent food for the birds. Delivered quickly and always in good condition

We get chilli suet blocks and the berry suet pellets as well as sunflower hearts, the chilli suet is great as the squirrels and rats are not attracted to our garden. The products are packed with care and delivered next day (providing the order is placed before 14:00) on a work day by DPD. The products we buy attract - goldfinches, sparrows, robins, woodpeckers, starlings, long tailed tits, parakeets, blue tits, blackbirds, we break some chilli suet up for the corvids and get jays, jackdaws, magpies and crows we have no issues with the corvids attacking song birds as they have their own feeding station they grab and go.

Very good website and fast delivery.

The product is excellent – and organically grown in England.
But the polypropylene sacks are a nightmare. It is difficult to scoop from them, they do not hold their shape and fragments of the fabric end up on the ground, so that the earth becomes contaminated with plastic.
Please could you revert to the very strong paper sacks?

Consistently high quality product. Great choice of bird seed so they have it covered whatever birds visit your garden.

DPD were appalling but even though we think Ivel Valley are great the remediation on this was and still is poor.
