My package took many days to arrive even though the courier cost was high and the delivery was set to 3-4 days. It took 10 days to arrive. Order number 25461

I bought my first pair in 2022. The Jenny boot in dark tan. Oh my! So comfortable and so easy to wear. The heel sits perfectly under foot, so I can wear these shoes teaching everyday. I wear them with dresses, short and long.
In 2023, I of course then bought them in black-natural sole, too :-)
My most recent purchase was the Phoenix boot in dark tan - a shorter style. Ive only wore these once with jeans and I received compliments off two strangers that day.
Ivylee use quality leather and create shoes with classic design. (Don't forget this type of leather/Escuvado will have a vintage look with patena and feel/look so good over time)
I am currently saving for a wedge to wear over the summer.

Shipping costs were 10 euros and 16 euros to make a return. I’ve never paid this much on shipping on any online store . Never again. It does not state clearly on website either

Boots are poorly made and have an uncomfortable heel seam. Should have been lined off the cost of the shoe. One would have blisters within minutes. Would definitely not purchase again.

Amazing boots, perfect fit, great quality! Was nervous after reading these reviews, but my experience has been nothing but positive. Delivery was a bit late due to Xmas holidays, customer service was very friendly, and offered to create free return for me if I had to send the boots back. Luckily, the boots were a perfect fit, they are super comfortable and really nice. Happy I bought them!

I have been waiting for over a week in anticipation for my package to arrive.
Finally the boots came this morning.
What a BIG disappointment! The whole shoe is nowhere near a size 41 let alone the circumference of the neck of the boot.
I felt sure when I ordered, this was a trustworthy buy, however, clearly not!!! Disgusted!

I purchased the Simone boot size 40, the circumference of the boot was so narrow I could no fit my foot into the boot shaft. As I live in NZ minimum postage for returning was $90 and express return which would be required to meet the return policy was $171 dollars. From reading the below reviews I decided not to risk spending any more money on a pair of boots that may or may not be refund. Lesson learnt probably not the best item to purchase online.

I ordered an ankle boots, but there is no zip on it, it is very difficult to put on and off, even if it is my size.

Disgusting customer service. Sent clearly worn and second hand shoes. They had scuff marks, black dirt, and finger nail scratches all over the leather. We were told that this was “evidence of the leathers organic and unique texture” but also that “you may have received a returned pair” which is extremely contradictory, unprofessional, and highly unconscionable. They refused to provide a full refund and provide a new pair free of cost or at least refund 50% of the amount which is all that we requested given that they were clearly second hand shoes. Will never shop there again.

Quite literally the worst customer experience i've had in fashion. They sent me the wrong boot, then a boot with a completely different leather finish than the one i ordered and refused to refund my money even though i'd already paid $20 to return the second pair of incorrect boots. Terrible.
